Dying to Live: Unity and Oneness, or Corporate Rule?

By Jennifer Deisher

We live in a supportive Universe but do not live in a supportive system, and it’s the principal of this conundrum that influences our lives by way of our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual perspective.

The system we live in is a slow burn into a personal and private prison of negative emotion perpetuated by antiquated ideals in regards to energy, government and finance. Our society isn’t functioning from a place of teaching us how to live healthy lives and thrive in Wellness, rather we are taught how to slowly die instead.

From the smallest proton to the vastness of the Universe there is a constant and consistent force, and that force is energy. Energy never dies, it just changes form – and this is also the definition of Spirit or “God”. We don’t have to be “religious” to use something as simple as science to “prove” that energy has an effect on each and every one of us.  We can use our understanding of energy to determine how our society shapes and forms our emotional and spiritual health to get a basic foundation of how energy profoundly influences our daily lives.

Love and Fear – Energy’s Vibration

“If you wish to understand the Universe, think of energy, frequency and vibration” ~ Nikola Tesla

All energy has its own frequency which is the rate in which the energy vibrates. It’s a proven fact that ‘negative’ energy vibrates at a much lower frequency than ‘positive’ energy. As seen in the water molecule experiment, Love has the highest vibration of all and creates sacred geometry when Love energy is directed at the water molecule.

Human beings are also made of energy and our energy is our very Life-source, because our bodies couldn’t function without energy. By volume, the human body produces 60,000 times as much luminosity per cubic centimeter as the Sun, which makes human beings quite radiant indeed!

Word Vibrations and their Effect on Water 2

The simplistic thing about emotional energy is that there are only 2 emotions from which all other emotions stem – they are either Love or fear. Obviously fear is negative and Love is Positive, and we can visually see the difference. This means that if there is negative energy directed at a person, society, religion or social class then we are all affected in some way through labels and judgment or the “ego”, which is a service-to-self mentality. And the opposite can be said for positive energy.

Mental Slavery of the 99%

At this point we should all be familiar with the “elite” or “the 1%”, who hold the majority of the world’s wealth and prosperity. According to an article in Forbes Magazine, almost half of the world’s wealth is owned by just one percent of the population.

The fact that there is a global elite in the first place suggests an imbalance. If we live in a “Freewill” Universe then how is it that we can be so trapped and confined within a system where we allow a select few to speak for the masses? This also implies imbalance because most of us don’t remember having a choice in whether or not to participate in the system from Birth. The elitist system is based on conditions, rules, structure, labels and limitation which encourages and expects society to create a self-manufactured image of perfection in order to feed the 1%.

If we can find a way to empty our cup of all we think we know, we can re-assess the situation from a higher perspective. The system runs on the fear, stress, trauma and negative energy of its participants. It’s imperative to begin to free the mind from the propaganda that is programmed to keep society on a short leash, by giving our power away to the governments, media, doctors, banks, corporations and pharmaceutical companies.

Like the “Wizard of Oz” there is a proverbial “man behind the curtain” who is pulling the puppet strings of the few to manipulate the many.

“Mental slavery is the worst form of slavery. It give you the illusion of freedom, makes you trust, love and defend your oppressor, while making an enemy of those who are trying to free you or open your eyes” ~ Eli

I recently watched the Hollywood movie “12 Years a Slave” which is based on the book written by Solomon Northrup. It’s the true story of how he was taken as a free man and forced into slavery for 12 years. Solomon Northrup had already known Freedom but other slaves that had been born into slavery couldn’t be convinced that they were indeed “slaves”. This raises the question of how would we know that we don’t know in the first place? Furthermore, if we are born into an invisible slavery system based on a prison of fear and negativity, how would we be able to recognize it if it’s all we know and all our parents know? Especially if our parents and their parents perpetuated the fear based mentality by passing it down from generation to generation?

Harriet Tubman quote on slavery

Fear is the most negative energy that exists in its vibration and the most “hateful” thing we can do to one another is encouraging one another to be fearful or inflicting pain because of our belief systems. By keeping the general population in fear, we feel “threatened” whether we realize it or not. And as a matter of fact the U.S. has been in a declared “State of Emergency” since 1933, which has the intention of fear. This fear leaves us in a constant state of stress, in the fight or flight reaction it brings, thus leaving the Soul to quietly be consumed by the unhealthy emotions that fear brings — in its many forms.

Energy, Power, Wealth and Resources

In stark contrast, the supportive Universe is teeming with Life and is Limitless and Infinite by its very nature. The point being that if we are supporting an “elitist” system the Universe is also supporting this system as we Live in a supportive Universe. It’s quite obvious that the “elite” feel that they are entitled to resources including energy, water, and financial wealth — but where does that leave the rest of the 99%? I don’t know who decided that they were in charge of auctioning off resources that belong to ALL of Humanity’s children. As a child of my Creator, it is quite logical and apparent to me that I don’t have to “earn” my right to be here in the first place, and I certainly shouldn’t have to pay or fight for resources that are for ALL of us and not just a select few.

All-people-everywhere-should-have-free-energy-sources-Electric-Power-is-everywhere-present-in-unlimited-quantities-and-can-drive-the-worlds-machinery-without-the-need-for-coal-oil-or-gas

When we support an elitist agenda we are in fact enabling ourselves to give our Power away to some sort of “authority figure”, and think that said authority figure is going to come to the rescue when times get tough. As many are finding out, this is not going to happen. The scary part is that the agenda has never been in favor of the masses but yet we support it anyway and, not only that, we teach our children to support it. This inadvertently leaves behind a legacy that cannot sustain itself or our planet, which is also consumed by our “negativity” in a physical and spiritual way.

Energy and Resources

Energy is an important factor in this discussion, especially when one takes into account that Free Energy Technology has existed for quite some time. For those who are still skeptical of this, please check out the open sourced documents for a quantum energy generator and this short clip of the Quantum Energy Generator reaching resonance for the first time in the One People Community Aouchtam workshop.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7–G5qSDag

Fossil fuel and the petro-dollar are the cornerstone of our enslavement as this gives the “elite” all the excuse they need to invade countries for their resources under the guise of “terrorism”. With a select few “stealing” energy from the masses by way of fossil fuel when there are cleaner and better ways, we can begin to see how the global resources have been manipulated to line the pockets of the few while leaving the masses in poverty, illness, homelessness and hunger.

The mainstream media is owned by corporate conglomerates who, like oil tycoons the Koch Brothers, buy the way for their agendas to make it into law and governance, and decide whether or not to report their dealings on the “news”.

Health Care

This is also true for the pharmaceutical companies in that they do not promote Healing or Wellness rather they invent illness so they can profit from treating the symptoms but typically not the root cause.

Have you ever noticed how doctors know exactly what surgery to perform or exactly what drug to prescribe which only treats the symptoms but rarely the root cause of the illness? It’s baffling that insurance companies refuse to pay for more holistic treatments and approaches to Healing in general. There’s plenty of “illness” to go around these days too, if we also include psychology, trauma (PTSD), addiction and depression. But there’s no time or financial resource spent on Healing. There’s always a pill and an “instant gratification” solution so that you can buck up and get back to work, or jump through hoops to maintain an economic solution when one is unable to “earn a living”.

There’s a great documentary called “Escape Fire: The Fight to Rescue American Healthcare” which is a must-see if one is questioning the state of Healthcare in the U.S. (or comparable economies). To learn more, visit the Escape Fire website, watch the movie trailer, or support the film-makers and pick up a copy on DVD.

The War Machine

The war machine is what the “elite” agenda relies upon to keep the populace in fear and terror, while keeping them in control of finance and resources. There is no Love in war and no one ever “wins”, as is evident by the “war weariness” that has captured the Hearts and minds of the masses. Yet, we find ourselves on the edge of our seat waiting for the next excuse to invade a country rich in resources or another who is considering putting an end to the fiat dollar in the best interests of Humanity.

An Era of Corporate Rule

There was a very important Supreme Court decision in the Hobby Lobby case that will give more “proof” that the agenda of modern government is one-sided; Corporations, by law, have the same rights as Individuals. This means that we have a Government that is for The Corporate, and not a Government that is Of The People, By The People, and For The People as stated in the Constitution — which therefore violates our Constitutional Right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Meanwhile, our Senators and Congresspeople argue over Corporate interests.

arundhati roy quote - corporate revolution will collapse if we refuse to buy what they are selling..

And this was also in our face lately, in regards to the recent Supreme Court decision McCutcheon v. FEC. Quoted fromMoveToAmend.org:

On January 21, 2010, with its ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, the Supreme Court ruled that corporations are persons, entitled by the U.S. Constitution to buy elections and run our government. Human beings are people; corporations are legal fictions.

We, the People of the United States of America, reject the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Citizens Unitedand other related cases, and move to amend our Constitution to firmly establish that money is not speech, and that human beings, not corporations, are persons entitled to constitutional rights.

The Supreme Court is misguided in principle, and wrong on the law. In a democracy, the people rule.

WE MOVE TO AMEND.

Click here to sign the ‘Move To Amend’ Petition. This is important because, in the words of Supreme Court Justice Stevens (January 2010)…

… corporations have no consciences, no beliefs, no feelings, no thoughts, no desires. Corporations help structure and facilitate the activities of human beings, to be sure, and their ‘personhood’ often serves as a useful legal fiction. But they are not themselves members of “We the People” by whom and for whom our Constitution was established.

The Role of Organized Religion

Christianity and other “religion” teach us that there is a judgmental “God” who sacrificed his son in order to save us from our “sins”. This is unhealthy and another way we give our energy away to those we perceive as being “above” us in some way, and perceive our humanity to be inherently “sinful”. It teaches us that we/they can do whatever we want to each other and the planet (sin) without consequence, when the Universal Law of Polarity states that there is Cause and Effect to everything.

The true teachings of Jesus speak of the Power we have by way of the Law of Attraction to Create our reality — and this is what we do everyday by continuing to sell our Soul to a select few while our children are dying in war, famine, emotional trauma and poverty.

There is no judgment or condition in the Real emotion of Love and it is Christ Consciousness that must return to us from withIN, in taking back the Power we have chosen to give away by “default”. There is no “messiah” rather there is “us” and we are the ones we have been waiting for. It takes a great deal of Faith to decide to no longer support the flawed system of limitation (including religion) that we have allowed to rule us in an Infinite, Intelligent, Loving, Abundant Universe.

As Above, So Below…

The Law of Correspondence (Immutable): The second of the seven Universal Laws tells us “As above, so below; as below, so above” ~ Tania Kotsos

This means that there is “harmony, agreement and correspondence” between the physical, mental and spiritual realms. There is no separation since everything in the Universe, including you, originates from the One Source. The same pattern is expressed on all planes of existence from the smallest electron to the largest star and vice versa. All is One.

The Ancient Greek Temple of Apollo at Delphi refers to this great Law of Correspondence in the inscription “Know thyself and thou shalt know all the mysteries of the gods and the Universe”. This means that what we inflict on others by way of our limited perspective of what we are “told” vs. the Truth is the same as hurting ourselves because we are all Connected. As above, so below.

The Truth is that we can no longer excuse ourselves with denial in order to leave behind a Legacy for our children that includes a planet in which to live on. We have to begin to make our government, financial system, big pharma, and corporationsaccountable for their actions; by not doing so we are enabling our own demise, much like an insecure victim, enabling our addiction to this incredibly flawed perception of “Freedom”, which actually teaches reliance instead.

Frantz Fanon - The Idealist - Cognitive Dissonance

Unity and Oneness

Working with others involving emotional trauma, it recently occurred to me that it is much more difficult to Heal the hurt of misunderstanding the misuse of energy and the power we have given away on a personal level. But it is possible.

Each individual is different but our experiences speak of Unity and ONEness. If we can Awaken ourselves to the societal issues without throwing our hands up in denial and powerlessness, we can begin to find our Spirituality again through this Freedom. If we can embrace our Power as “the masses” we can begin to support a New system of Free Energy and responsible governance, especially when it comes to financing the few.

In an Infinitely supportive Universe, we can begin to Live and Thrive through the Healing of the planet and the “trauma” we have endured together while we were “sleeping”. We can shed our self-manufactured image of perfection in order to work through the process of RE-building something that is in favor of the 99% of US, the Human Race. A supportive “God” (Universe) is a LOVING force of energy that wants what WE want and will support us in Limitless ways.

I believe that Free Energy Technology is the first of many waves of our “liberation” and it’s now being distributed Freely via the internet and social media. From here, there will be no more stealing of energy via fossil fuels, war, money mongering, and keeping the masses in fear. When we realize that our energy has been Free all along, we will see that the most important things are also Free, like a Loving Universe and the Human Connection of ONEness.

It starts with each and every ONE of us by RE-focusing OUR energy on more and more productive ways to shift our reality to ONE that is for the Greater Good of Planet Earth=Heart and her Creatively Intelligent children, the Human Race.

Morbid Affection: The Psychology of Narcopathy

morbid affection

Psychology is the study of the mental aspects of the psyche and is relevant to achieving all aspects of clarity. The psyche is the whole of the human soul, mind and spirit. The mind is a very powerful aspect of the whole and the last place we “think” to look for spiritual and/or emotional keys when it comes to actualizing self-love. Love starts from within and if we don’t learn what love is, and isn’t, we tend to go forward learning very hard lessons along the road in life. Sometimes we learn love as an upside-down concept that urges us to look outside of ourselves to identify love, esteem and answers that come from withIN. We must be willing to listen and accept ourselves as we are in order to realize change, especially when we don’t like what we find. This is why they say “judge not lest ye be judged” because it is always a dual reflection.

Pathy is a Greek word which denotes feeling into certain areas of the psyche; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. [i] This is also a way of “feeling into” our own dis-order or dis-ease, especially as we clear the mental plane of understanding why we behave the way we do toward self and others. These feelings can be good or bad. When our being is imbalanced in any area, we can look at a “pathy” as a form of “morbid affection”. Narcopathy would then mean “morbid affection of self and others”, even if it presents itself as apathy, lethargy or feeling numb to specific feelings or emotion. A person who can hurt someone and not feel any remorse is disconnected from their own psyche in some way. As everything starts from within and radiates outward, we have to be able to mindfully tell the difference between unconditional love and morbid affection. Morbid affection is the dis-ease that is infecting the root of our proverbial family tree, both individually and collectively. It is the opposite of love. It is self-loathing, grandiose admiration of oneself and/or apathy; a serious problem because most people who think and feel this way tend to show it in a way that is harmful to the self and/or speaks of loathing others. It is intolerance, cynicism, condescension and even hate posing as love; we have to learn to tell the difference if we are to self-evolve.

We all have a “god spark” but that doesn’t mean we know how to connect with it and use it for good and healing. This perpetuated concept of love posed as something more insidious and deceitful is worth “thinking” about from a psychological aspect. Keep in mind, it can also be highly psyche shattering when we find moments of self-realization that include love posing as something very different indeed. Especially as we see how we’ve carried these imbalanced patterns forward into the world in “looking for love in all the wrong places”.

The Compartmentalization of Eve

111Tree_of_Life_Art

Sane and feeling people have a really hard time truly understanding the nature of “evil”, power, greed or lack of empathy; every aspect of “narcopathy” is relevant to our collective ‘ascension’. It’s also why we have a hard time seeing those qualities in ourselves. We want to see the best in other people just as we hope they will see the best in us. There is nothing wrong with this concept if we lived in a self-actualized society where we are all aligned with the proper energy of love and not fear. The problem is not in looking for the good in others, the problem is in understanding that maybe it just isn’t there; even if it means it just doesn’t exist in a relationship, the workplace, as a parent or with an establishment(s) and/or institution. Specifically, we are talking about inherently dysfunctional patterns of behavior that feed the illusion of another’s self-interests; the illusion we’re trying to free ourselves from in the first place. Psychological hooks in the psyche that pose as emotional triggers to incite unhealthy emotional reactions from self and others. A parent who blames a child for their own inadequacies; blaming a partner for your own lack of intimacy; practicing psychological abuse or manipulation (the topic in focus); bullying another or standing by watching another be bullied while saying nothing, effectively enabling the abuser; engaging in reckless, careless and erratic emotional behavior; luring others into oppression or oppressive behavior; engaging in terrorism or war, directly or by proxy;  committing ecocide, homicide or genocide; . There are too many areas of “dysfunction” in our collective consciousness, we can only focus on healing our own if we want to truly be the change we wish to see in the world.

The mind is a brilliant tool and weapon, it protects us from ourselves and others when we are compromised. It protects us from our true self if we refuse to see our “flaws”. It’s the discombobulated feeling we get when we know we have emotional connections to make in order to transcend the mirror of the mental plane. The source of ALL truth is in realizing we all have certain areas in life where we play the unfortunate antagonist, especially as it relates to the self; the micro affects the macro. No one gets a “free pass” in this way. This is what we mean when we say “the nature of duality” as it relates to healing self and others. We cannot heal something that bothers us if we can’t even see that we are allowing or actualizing our own abusive behavior toward self and others.

We can be good people but still be a lousy in one (or more) of our compartments because it’s how we tend to “justify” behavior that we don’t want to participate in but do, for whatever reason. We can be a good employer but a terrible parent. A good family (wo)man who makes destructive and detrimental political decisions on behalf of the collective. A successful person with unhealthy attachments. Talking but not doing. You can put on a brave face to the world and then practice “self-loathing” at home. Addiction, obsessive behavior, anger, alienating the people you say you care about, not doing the right thing when you know the right thing to do, lack of humility and atonement, self-deprivation and so much more. This is what it means when they say “you can’t love anyone until you love yourself”.

In fact, there is a very metaphoric meaning to the biblical story of The Tree of Life, Eve and the snake in the garden. If someone can’t come into your sacred space without waking the snake, the intuition and emotional triggers that come when your tree shakes knowing you should be on alert, than maybe it’s a telltale sign to stop allowing them to poison the fruit of your proverbial tree? On the dual side of this epiphany is if everyone rattles the snake, it may be a sign of practicing an unhealthy form of love by thinking you don’t need connections and healthy relationships in life. The balance is when we realize that Eve didn’t allow the snake into the garden, the snake was the protector of the garden all along.

The idea that there is no more growth and learning to be done is a desperate form of ignorance; ignoring the nuances as a way of holding onto an illusion. There are many temptations that lead to this practice of psychic deception, the mind attempting to deceive the psyche into believing it is acting sane and rationally. It requires humility and surrender to admit we don’t have all the answers, especially when the illusion cracks and we reach a choice point of continuing into delusion or deciding to seek clarity and Healing. Sometimes the mind doesn’t want to accept the potential of the heart and soul, change can be extremely painful when we are feeling through the e-motion of sorrow or fear. The ability to connect our true feelings with our true mental state is a milestone indeed. If this journey of attachment and detachment proves debilitating, it’s usually because we aren’t allowing ourselves to focus on it some way. We are most likely still confined in the consciousness that created the problem in the first place.

When we throw ourselves out there in a million different directions looking for answers, we can’t be surprised when we feel overwhelmed and don’t know which “lead” to follow. This is when we can become desperate and begin to suffer enormously in an energetic capacity. It is truly self-healing when we allow our intuition to lead us to the answers. We aren’t participating in our own healing when we refuse to listen to, and be mindful of, the ONE true voice that really matters. The voice of our own Truth; no matter how self-loathing it may be. It’s important to ask our divinity to work through us to achieve the highest outcome for all involved as we embark on this precarious process. The “crucifixion” is a process of standing before your own Divinity stripped of all titles, roles and labels that are used to compartmentalize the experiences we are having. The “Tribulation” is when we see our own tragic behavior and the wake of damage it left behind. This is when the abused becomes the abuser; what have we taken on and been stained with in our individual and collective journey?

We can’t heal if we’re running away from the only things that truly matter; the ground beneath our feet, the self, the family, the focus it takes to focus. We slow down. We re-think the illusion that just because we seemingly “have it all” doesn’t mean we don’t have to practice all aspects of health to maintain our own well-being; including the mirror of our own psyches. We stop abandoning ourselves on our spiritual journey because we don’t like what we “see”. The practice of “Dharma” in Buddhism is the practice of recognizing, balancing and protecting ourselves from fear. A practice of Self-Compassion, Mindfulness and “mirror therapy” may be helpful in actualizing self-love. It forces the mind to slow down, recognize and receive what the universe is trying to teach it, through the self and the entire psyche; within and without.  Are you really listening?

Blue Water ~ Minding Emotional Pain

blue water“We cannot change anything unless we accept it.”
― C.G. JungModern Man in Search of a Soul

There are times in life’s journey when we simply feel blue.  We sense something is ‘missing’ and emotionally fall into feeling the absence of something stronger than its Presence.  Hidden in these moments is an opportunity for spiritual and emotional growth as the universe is opening a doorway to transcendence.  It’s our choice whether or not to walk through it.  Emotional and spiritual time are not ‘linear’ which is why  we may find ourselves emotionally triggered at anytime in life regardless of ‘timing’.

What happens when we’re having a hard time processing our emotions?  Most likely, the ‘programmed’ mind will begin to lead us astray in resistance to finding and retrieving these pieces.  The ego tends to create familiar or repetitive stories around the emotion because the mind has its own way of interpreting information.  It draws from the past and our patterns of behavior in order to interpret and filter our reality. The mind has a hard time letting go of “what’s next?” so the tendency is to go back because it’s familiar.  It may obsess on past or future events in order to prevent the true origin of the emotion to surface.  We may perceive anger as pain, bargaining as OCD, material worth as self-worth or loss as obsession; the vastness of our emotional expression is as diverse as the human condition.

Questioning how we’re feeling and why doesn’t bode well for keeping the ‘status quo’ and we expend a great deal of our energy trying to sustain said ‘status quo’.  Many societal expectations tell us that feeling and expressing emotion is weak or unnecessary. When we have a belief system around this idea, it leads to emotional resistance which is why we have a mental and emotional health epidemic on our hands where the ‘quick fixes’ being prescribed are as dangerous as the cause.  Denying emotion can lead to adverse mental effects and psychological complexities that chronically deteriorate our well-being on every level  We become depleted and find it  increasingly difficult to function in a healthy capacity.  The pressure to release these emotions encourages us to find an acceptable way to emotional and spiritual balance as we learn to navigate the paradox of the deep below, the subconscious and unconscious mind.

The Paradox of the Mental Universe

tumblr_n1ugajIxdS1rh36v7o1_1280

“The law of polarity states that: Everything is dual, everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree. It is also the first of the mutable or transcendable Universal Laws. It means that there are two sides to everything. Things that appear as opposites are in fact only two extremes of the same thing. ” ~ Tania Kotsos – Mind Your Reality

It’s normal for the mind to resist new ideas and experiences as it prefers consistency and patterns.  However, the more we try not to focus on something, the more we deny its existence, the more fiercely it will get our attention.  For instance, we may have a fundamental trauma around the emotion of abandonment so we focus on feeling connected by filling our lives with casual relationships to jobs or friends instead. But, we don’t let anyone get too close because we haven’t addressed the underlying, root issue.  Deep inside we’re also afraid of intimacy and acceptance.  We subconsciously keep distance in relationships which causes us to feel the abandonment on a deeper level; by trying not to focus on it, we’re still re-creating it rather than confronting it.  Fear of intimacy, acceptance and abandonment are all varying degrees of the same primal wound – the internal root grows many saplings.

Whether we look at emotional release as healthy or detrimental is all in the perspective.  The fact remains that it’s our responsibility to take care of ourselves by listening and responding.  The hardest thing is making peace with our own turbulence but we truly can’t have it any other way.  Life is moving, it’s not waiting for us to decide but it’s encouraging us to lighten our emotional baggage as we go.  When it’s confronted it ultimately leads to spiritual en-lighten-ment but as it goes unchecked it brings a great deal of ‘stress’.  When we finally stop running, we literally pass through the ‘mental’ realm of our own loveless projections; what we know as ‘judgement’ of self and others.  We have to love our ‘karma’ because it’s the universal reflection of our deepest wounds and greatest gifts all at once.

This is when we see that 2 opposite extremes can both be true at the same time. The child of ‘abuse’ becomes a loving parent but finds themselves triggered later in life by the dichotomy of self as parent and child.  The wound is still there but our perspective is always changing so we can heal on a deeper level.  In spirit, all is One and “as it should be”.  We are human beings processing information and sometimes we have a hard time finding acceptance. The big hairy monster in the closet is typically our very own resistance to something we already know inside.

Blue Water

Pain is a natural occurrence of the human experience and emotional pain is no different. Unlike physical pain, emotional pain can be avoided and denied until we have gone from pain to suffering.  Additionally, we sometimes go through tough and transitional moments in life such as a loss, endangerment or even a natural shift in perspective that causes doubt or insecurity to arise.  When we learn to sit in stillness with our emotions, we learn to reach a meditative state as the observer.    Sometimes we can mistake base mentality thinking or listening to the ego’s rhetoric as being ‘mindful’ of our emotions.

In spirit, we learn to connect with the vastness of Love in the Universe but we all have an inner antagonist.  A purposeful response is protecting our own dignity and self-worth by finding out what it is and what it wants.  We can’t make this connection with our mind rather we must make an emotional and spiritual connection through our heart.  It requires a part of us to step aside and this is where we need to find patience.  It can be difficult to quiet the mind.  If it weren’t, we wouldn’t notice that everyone seems to be talking while, at the same time, no one seems to be listening.  We all want to be heard but we have to also learn to listen; listen to Self, the Earth, the Art, the Music, the Yoga, the Breath, the Wisdom of our Sage and timeless Spirit; the infinite withIN.  The universe speaks in a quiet whisper, the ‘ego’ speaks quite differently.

We are all healers.  By healing self, we open the prison doors to emotional freedom and expression.  It’s okay to contemplate and question.  Ultimately, it’s our ability to find sanity in an insane world that is natural and organic.  It’s in our nature to be curious about the universe and, when we play the universal scavenger hunt, we become demystified…our own mystic.  When we look to nature and natural creation to soothe our wounds, we detach from the deafening rhetoric and find a place to plant new roots.  We must rely on the truth of our eternal spirit to grow free from our primal wounds and the distractions of society’s limiting institutions.  When we decompress from our pain, we heal the individual and collective psyche.  Letting go lifts the burden of tension and brings clarity helping us better manage what’s on our proverbial plate.  Clarity returns as spirit takes over lighting the path to a more peaceful way of being.

We can’t have both worlds – to be true to self we must honor our inner world and our emotional wounds.  Blue water sometimes feels more like fire water.  The fire burns off the dense energy that creates the patterns and programs of insanely doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.  As we leave the insanity and face the ‘wake of damage’ it left behind, the water soothes the burn of ‘regret’ .  Remember, honest emotional expression is Beautiful.   It’s every color of the rainbow.  Blue is the color of our truth and our divinity.  It’s a Gift, even though it may not feel that way in the moment.  It’s what we create with it that matters.  Something Blue, maybe?

God’s Vineyard ~ Initiating Spiritual Growth

By: Jennifer Deisher

Tuscany W flat sm

We all have access to a higher creative, intelligent power and a beautiful spiritual vineyard where we each have our own sovereign plot.  For argument’s sake, we’ll call this loving source of power “God” with an understanding that our power is something we are all seeking, whether we realize it or not.  We begin learning to attract “things” by using The Law of Attraction and/or spirituality, but it takes a combination of modesty and discipline in order to practice this in a spiritual sense; not a place of ego. We become accustomed to giving our power away to authority and external things until we forget how to have an intimate relationship with God in a natural, organic way.  It is up to us to plant divine seeds in our vineyard; using our free will to ask for tools that allow us to grow and learn.  If we’re not feeling a little “dumbed down” from time to time, we’re not learning anything.  Why allow ourselves to feel embarrassed or stupid for our own naivety?  Compared to something all-knowing and all-encompassing, we are the equivalent of an innocent child.  We can go about educating the child in kindness or belittle it in condemnation for being that which it is, a soul who is willing and eager to learn but still adolescent in the much bigger picture.

We have the individual skills to discover the emotional connection to our power but learning how to use it takes persistence and conscious awareness.  The dichotomy is, we’re supposed to feel powerful but we should maintain a healthy respect for both God and our fears.  If we don’t, we become like the hypocrite who preaches that God is the driving force in their life without building their spiritual house on a solid foundation of spiritual logic, the logos.  We become experts at learning philosophy and giving advice without caring for what’s been given unto us as individuals, the Self.  By identifying with someone else’s interpretation of something that can only be self-defined, we become our own golden calf and sacrificial lamb for thinking we can build a house without emotional, physical and psychological substance.  We have to be willing to change and make adjustments to what we think we know by allowing spirit to move us where we need to be.

Spiritual Bypassing

ByUUeJNCcAASYJy

When the remedy you have offered only increases the disease, then leave him who will not be cured, and tell your story to someone who seeks the truth ~ Rumi

Spiritual bypassing shields us from the fallout of our reality, especially if we’re having a hard time coming to terms with something.  In short, it keeps us disconnected from our true emotional state looking for something outside of ourselves to make us feel better.  On the flip side, it says we’re seeking a spiritual path and it’s much better than some of the alternative coping mechanisms such as substance abuse.  For instance, there’s a great deal of ideas and rhetoric about how to fix the world, even though what’s happening in the world at large may not be effecting our individual reality.  Our spiritual “ego” is very good at telling us we have it all figured out when, in fact, we may be focusing “out there” because there’s something right where we are that we’re trying to avoid.  With spiritual practice we learn how to confront our fear in a healthy manner, understand how we use it to feed imbalanced patterns and begin to quiet our thoughts in order to listen to the answers from withIN.  When we don’t slow down and listen, we tend to find ourselves right back in a “fight or flight” state every time we become emotionally triggered.

Connecting to God is about building a bridge between the physical world and the spiritual world.  Spiritual bypassing happens when we begin to awaken but quickly forget that we live in the physical world where there are many distractions to keep us from tending to The Vineyard.  We use our knowledge and intellect to deflect the intimate connection with God because, in order to do so, we also have to face our own emotional, physical and psychological proclivities.  We can’t heal something with God if we refuse to allow ourselves to be awake and aware to it.  When we go about living only in a spiritual reality, and not drawing upon our experiences in the physical world, we go about denying ourselves the healing that God is offering to each and every one of us.

It’s not about making it right with others, it’s about making it right withIN.  There is a profound spiritual significance to “confession” but confession doesn’t mean getting honest with a priest or a middleman – why would we want to connect with God by proxy?   Participating in spiritual confession means bringing forth an emotionally honest and heartfelt revelation with ourselves in front of God about how we feel.  We give it over to something with greater clarity allowing us to use the experience moving forward as we plant, weed, grow and harvest our vineyard plot of sovereignty.  When we’re shown something we can’t accept, our circumstances continue to repeat themselves until we face it head on.  It’s not always easy to find Truth when, in some cases, we have to question our own sanity right along with it.  As love is patient and kind, we know there is a nurturing power holding space for us until we can confront ourselves into a place of acceptance.  We don’t find our way out of darkness without a little post-traumatic stress sometimes; but God stays with us, gently asking us to have a change of heart so we can find our way home.   We are our own atlas, the atlas that holds the weight of the world on its shoulders or the atlas that is the roadmap to salvation; it’s up to us to choose and choose wisely.

The Logos

download (2)

There is a logical interpretation to the message of Christ just as there is great relevance in the polarizing process of em-bodi-ment.  The love of God, in its purest form, is not something we can assimilate in a short amount of time which is why enlightenment is a continuous progression.  Embodiment is the integration of energy and we can feel it as we heal teaching us to recognize it as such.  It goes toward familiarizing us with our own emotional resistance.  With practice walking in grace, love, sovereignty and truth; we begin to objectively create with the energy of God rather than in spite of it. There is a difference between humbly giving ourselves over to a higher power in discipline and intimacy as opposed to giving that power away to the authority of another.  When we don’t establish healthy boundaries we give away our dignity, integrity, self-worth and self-respect; essentially turning over the vineyard plot granted us by divine permission.  If we’re not where we think we’re supposed to be, it’s because we’re not emotionally ready.  We can’t throw the baby out with the bath water because we feel that the word makes us uncomfortable.  In understanding the words, we also understand that they are action words designed to change our way of being and doing, sternly guiding us back on course collectively and individually.  We don’t need a spiritual leader or elected official to connect with God but we do need Mother Earth, the garden and the womb.  It’s a very simplistic and indigenous way to bond using the physical world as a “medium” of communication with the spiritual world.   The Spirit of Earth responds when we court the elements through loving intention, the word of Christ instead of the idealism behind it.

We can go to church every Sunday or study theology our entire lives and still not make an emotional connection with what we’re reading and intellectualizing about.  We are arrogant to think that we can out-smart, misconstrue truth or bypass our emotions with God.  It’s up to us to swallow the medicine whether it be in the form of accountability, humility, discipline, intimacy or learning how to practice the concepts of Grace. How we choose to proceed with our own healing is up to us but God doesn’t show up for us if we don’t ask for our own salvation, especially when we won’t acknowledge where we feel “flawed”.  We know that we’ve (truly) found our own revelations when we have transcended the roles of victim, martyr and/or oppressor of self and others.  Energy flows where focus goes and it’s up to us to learn how to harness our energy from a place of love rather than placing blame for our problems.  For example, if we’re fixated on the “end of the world”, we shouldn’t be surprised when we feel like the world is ending.  If we want to come into unity, we have to recognize where we haven’t been united from withIN– emotionally and otherwise.  We don’t just attract our thoughts, we attract our emotions.  They call it spiritual practice for a reason, we have access to our own emotional space in order to absorb the rational interpretation of a loving presence.  We become more aware of our own emotional, mental and physical hygiene; coming into an organic purity of the heart and soul.  By encouraging an intimately balanced relationship with God, we learn how to have honest relationships with Self and others.  We initiate a greater and more profound change in our lives by living The Golden Rule which leads us to those synchronistic moments that happen when we know Spirit is a moving and active force in our lives.  With em-bodi-ment, the presence comes from withIN; we have a responsibility to realize that we are the physical manifestation of love in action, co-creating in God’s Vineyard.

“Drop your maps and listen to your lostness like a sacred calling into presence.  Here, where the old ways are crumbling and you may be tempted to burn down your own house.  Ask instead for an introduction to that which endures. This place without a foothold is the province of grace.  It is the questing field, most responsive to magic and fluent in myth.  Here, where there is nothing left to lose, sing out of necessity that your ragged heart be heard.  Send out your holy signal and listen for the echo back.” ~ Dreamwork with Toko-pa

The Beast of Burden ~ Illusion and Deception on the Path of Enlightenment

cage_by_parablev

By Jennifer Deisher

Contributing Writer for Wake Up World

Where else would “God” be found but in the service of Creation itself?

The Earth is a living entity and an intricate, diverse web of all kinds of systems. As an invited guest, we are living and functioning within her ecosystem because she welcomes us and allows us to be here. We are made of her elements and we are occupants of her Body and Heart. She is, quite literally, the key to everything in our known universe. She is under our feet and in the air we breath.

Our planet is our Mother, our home, and our Life-force. It doesn’t matter how skilled we are at meditation or connecting with Spirit because we always come home — right where you are right now. Through our relationships to the Earth, we find the spiritual and energetic connection that is available to all of us when we leave our hearts and minds open. That energy – the flow of life – is a continuous cycle of growth and decay, chaos and order, and an ever evolving ecosystem (including humanity) that reflects the nature of our ever-evolving Universe.

But, in our illusory co-existence, we have come to put a “price tag” on Mother Earth and on ourselves by extension, all the while forgetting she is the divine giver of Life… and she can shake us off like a flea at any moment.

The Nature of the Beast

Every intellectual, artist, spiritual leader and scientist will tell you that their inspiration comes from studying the delicate and intelligent design of natural Creation. Its intricate intelligence is an overwhelmingly profound but consistent and logical interpretation of “God” — the expression of a universal consciousness. By the expression of this live-giving consciousness, the Earth herself shows a Loving intention; through her thriving beauty and nurturing abundance.

It’s an honestly wonderful and natural epiphany when we can finally come to terms with the fact that “God” has been right here all along, revealing intricate miracle after miracle, right before our eyes. The miracle of Life itself.

Just as intricate, however, is an ancient web of lies that has kept humanity from truly living its divine truth. As a species, we should feel honored and humbled to participate in the interactive evolutionary experience that is Earth. But today, something has gone terribly awry.

Steve Taylor Ph.D, author and senior lecturer in Psychology at Leeds Metropolitan University, described this phenomenon in his recent article, Ecocide: The Psychology of Environmental Destruction:

…‘Climate change’ is just one of the environment-related problems we face. Others include the destruction and pollution of ecosystems, the disappearance of other species (both animal and plant), water shortage, over-population, and the rapacious consumption of resources…

Would a sane species abuse their own habitat so recklessly? And would they allow such dangerous trends to intensify without taking any serious measures against them?..

In my view, there are two main psychological factors. The first is what I call our “over-developed sense of ego,” or intensified sense of individuality… Our ego-separateness means that we don’t feel connected to the “web of creation,” the network of life on Earth. As a result, we don’t feel a responsibility to the rest of the network, or a duty to preserve its harmony. Instead, our separateness makes us feel entitled to dominate the rest of nature, which is why we feel entitled to own land and natural resources…

The second factor is our “de-sacralised” vision of nature, our inability to sense the “being-ness” of natural phenomena. As children, we perceive the world around us with intense and vivid perception, and the natural world does appear alive to us, but as adults, our vision of the world becomes de-sensitised and automatic. We “switch off” to the vivid “is-ness” which we experience as children. The phenomenal world becomes a shadowy, one-dimensional place.

Oh what a tangled web we weave!

This sickness in our collective psyche – this beast of illusion/delusion – is something we have learned to deny to ourselves at all costs, to our own detriment. We have come to compartmentalize our own existence, believing ourselves to be separate somehow from Mother Earth and the Universe at large.

Stranger Than Fiction

The deceptions that lead us to this false sense of separation go to our very foundations, distorting our sense of self and all that is sacred. So, when we first begin to see though the illusion, the unbearable emotions of betrayal and fear many of us experience can feel like too hard a burden to bear. It can chill our bones and stoke our innermost fears. Heartbreaking. Painful. And usually very lonely.

Sometimes the truth is hard and, more often than not, much stranger than fiction. Ultimately, however, the truth is unavoidable. It is also extremely empowering. By first understanding the nature of these deceptions and distortions, and the energy that brought us here, we can begin heal from them on a collective, vibrational level.

“Just look at us. Everything is backwards, everything is upside down. Doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, psychiatrists destroy minds, scientists destroy truth, major media destroys information, religions destroy spirituality and governments destroy freedom.” ~ Micheal Ellner

Deception is not necessarily natural to our being rather it’s something we learn to live with at a young age. As a society, we have learned to adapt to a near impossible situation; a false dichotomy of separation, imposed and implanted by deceit. An unnatural consciousness has pervaded our collective mind, and its effects have permeate our shared existence in a multitude of ways; through paternalistic governments that presume to dictate our rights, not protect them; through divisive religions that teach separation from god, and from other faiths; through illusory media, which deliberately sells fiction as fact; through manipulated economies, founded on a presumption of inherent debt; through poisonous “health” practices; through the suppression of history; through spiritual misinformation; and through educating our kids in a way that steers, not expands, their natural way of thinking.

All of these distortions serve to manipulate the collective conscious into submission perpetuating an imbalance that provides power and sustenance to those in energetic control. But today, we have reached a breaking point. The cycle of consensual abuse is breaking down. We are realizing en masse that we have lived out of balance for too long. We are questioning our existence at a fundamental level, and re-discovering the divine power we have in our lives; power that we have unknowingly given up for so long. And so, realizing we are a conscious part of the Earth’s eco-system and energy-system, we are being compelled to take responsibility for co-creating a more authentic future, restoring the balance and harmony to Earth – with and for one another.

Finding Order in the Chaos

We can no longer stand quietly in a corner in fear of making the necessary and emotionally uncomfortable changes. If we don’t turn our fear into courage, our fears will either consume us or they will become manifest. It’s a beast of a journey, but there is a clear path just ahead.

The collective identity crisis we are going through is an opportunity for humanity to find order in the chaos we have allowed to overtake our existence. It doesn’t matter if we call it archons, satan, or an opposing consciousness. It doesn’t matter whether you see its effect in government or religion, banks or media; it is all part of the same illusion. Unseen forces have deceived humanity into a state of confusion and disconnection, and we now have the opportunity to reclaim our spiritual center and create a culture that leads us home, not astray.

There is nothing wrong or out of place with this kind of identity crisis, rather it’s a natural process of evolution as we adapt to seemingly overwhelming situations. But it is vital we realize these situations are the creation and perpetuation of a blatantly unnecessary struggle. We have spent eons chasing our collective tails and our “leaders” could end it all with the stroke of a pen. They know it and we know it. We have both the resources and the will to support peace, prosperity, health, respect, connection and co-operation, but our institutions have become twisted into machines of war, competition, imposed poverty, illness, and control. How? Because we tasked someone else to do it for us. We became comfortable separating ourselves from ourselves. As it turns out, we were our own worst enemy; our very nature carefully manipulated against us.

There are many ways we can begin to find order in the chaos.

Start by looking in the mirror. Ask questions of yourSelf, and open your perspective.

Connect with the Earth. Our intuition is clearest within the realms of nature.

Know your ‘enemies’, both seen and unseen. Know that only light can eliminate darkness.

Transparency ensures Truth. Understand that, if it operates in secret you can be sure it is not operating in your favor.

If in doubt, follow the ‘money trail’. It’s a sure way to know what path someone is truly walking.

Most importantly, come to know your infinite power. Recognize where you give your power away, and where you can reclaim it. That’s where your new path becomes most clear.

The Path of Knowledge

It is true, we have been moulded with deliberately altered perspectives and values into a society dependent on the undependable. But that doesn’t make us victims; Most of us have unknowingly enabled the power structure that has manipulated our collective consciousness, working for and even defending the status quo, following orders and “bringing home the bacon” in a sleepy state of unquestioning compliance. What it does make us is responsible for contributing to the solution, through conscious action.

Simply speaking, we either consent to the deception, or we stand up together and change it, each contributing in whatever unique way the universe provides us individually.

Trust the path of knowledge that you are walking down. As we share our truth, we test our own knowledge and knowing, and cultivate a healthy relationship with our truth. We realize our new awareness is not “all in our head”. We begin to remove the emotional blocks (humiliation, self-doubt, fear) that stop us from speaking our own truth more freely, and we more easily find others to share our path. We learn to live as spiritually sovereign “masters of our domain”. We begin to forge healthier relationships with our Self and others. And by living in our Truth, we find sustenance, guidance and inspiration in new and surprising ways. We re-establish our unobstructed connection to the divine. And we create a blueprint of purpose that benefits us on a vibrational level, as well as Mother Earth. (We’re all interconnected, yeah?)

It’s not always easy to burden a deeper level of awareness but it’s no longer an excuse to “let someone else handle it” either. We have reached a choice point in our human history and we have to decide whether we’re going to stand tall in our humanness and, to find a strategy to turn this energy around, we have to truly understand our position and our part in getting here, and bravely be the change our most authentic self wants to see in the world.

It can feel isolating and chaotic, but in the big picture, we’re right where we need to be on the path of our evolution. These are exciting times! We know what it’s like to destroy together, but do we truly know the power of what we can create together if we’re on the same page? Remember your light and your own power. Our potential is infinite.

Home is Where the Heart Is

“God” is found in the service of Creation itself. She is in the air we breathe and the Earth beneath our feet, the fire that burns the cobwebs away and the spiritual river that cleanses our hearts; not a paternalistic figure in the sky but the divine Mother of Life from whom we are born and sustained, and to whom we finally return. We are a part of her and she is a inextricably part of us. The history we share with her is important. We must learn to recognize her (and ourselves) as the manifestation of divine intelligence, and honor her in our words and deeds.

As we each adopt the common philosophy of “home is where the heart is”, we can begin to heal and re-build our planet and our societies in a grassroots way (literally), supporting and co-creating in our physical communities, online and otherwise.

There is no way to truly live authentically from inside an illusion. As we move into our new awareness, our inner truth and our outer world can become increasingly incompatible. We find ourselves dissatisfied with small changes, feeling compelled to take the leap and re-shape our lives at a fundamental level. This takes trust. Just know that when we begin to walk a different path, new roads will always be waiting for us up ahead. The path of true enlightenment has no dead ends.

So, if you’re in the process of questioning that toxic relationship in your life or the job that makes you feel less than honorable, stop and consider if this article is the ‘nudge’ you’ve been waiting for. At some point, we each have to begin to trust in the process of disconnecting from illusions of the world around us, and all its trappings, and let go of external factors and emotional attachments that speak of our consent and support of this distorted state of existence.

It’s so important right now, as things are surfacing so quickly, to stay in our hearts. On this path of awakening, our “self-work” is never, ever done… because we are infinite and we never stop creating. Creation is, and always has been, all around us. We are a part of creation, and it is a part of us. Co-creating is our purpose for being here together. It is time we take our power back from alphabet agencies and secret agendas. Sharing our unique insights and gifts, we can shine light into the shadows and create a future of enlightenment, not illusion.

The Medicine Wheel of Time and Karma

The only reason for time is that everything doesn’t happen all at once ~ Albert Einstein

There’s a tool in our toolbox that we all came “here” with and we all have access to.  There’s a ladder lying around somewhere inside the labyrinth of boxes, squares, patterns, emotional addictions and the insanity of doing the same thing over and over even though it doesn’t work.  Once we find the ladder it’s a timely process of patience, persistence, and (most importantly) a Heartfelt Intention to make the climb.

There’s no such thing as zero other than in the binary code of the “matrix” or the universal law of duality.  Time in the spiritual world doesn’t exist as we perceive it on the earthly plane.  Spiritual “time” is  relative to our karmic experiences and whether or not we choose to transcend and learn the lessons the universe brings to our attention, the “karmic wheel” if you will.   There is no concept in the universe that includes a zero outcome yet we find ourselves, intentionally or otherwise, spending our time going round and round in the cause and effect of duality but the wheel of time never stops turning.  We perpetuate our patterns and run from the only person who can provide any kind of white knight rescue… Self.  Wherever we go, there we are.  In that, we can consider  a different perspective in regards to time and the shift in consciousness by saying that “time” is a form of karmic responsibility.  This karmic responsibility is there for all of us which is why it’s true that what comes round goes around or why it’s important to do unto others as you would have them do unto you.  The karmic wheel is a gift for us to rise above energies and emotion that is hampering our spirit so that we may reach a higher state of grace and abundance withIN.  With a little currency, a dose of how the roles work in the human drama, a new perspective on time, and our ladder of transcendence we’re prepared to heal our “karma”.

The New Currency

live-with-intention-mary-anne-radmacher-quotes-sayings-picturesHeartfelt Intention is the “new black” and an important enough concept that it should be considered as spiritual “currency”.  As we climb our ladder we can overcome any obstacle with our Free Will and Heartfelt Intention keeping in mind that wishing harm on another is never coming from the Heart.  We can still become awake and aware without losing ourselves in negative emotion.  This is prayer, the law of attraction, and emotional imagination playing to positive change and the best possible outcome – the orgasm of Life at its most fulfilling, enlightening, and loving experiences.  We cannot climb our ladder of transcendence without it.  But, let’s face it, words are words but intention is ALL about emotion.  If everything is energy (and it is), we don’t have to spend lifetime upon lifetime playing out the human drama through an unaware individual and collective mind.  We are all participating in the dream and we all have a karmic responsibility to each other to begin to dream a new one.

There are common threads throughout time, religion, and culture that suggest there is a shift that must occur at some point in our human history.  It’s a state of reaching a point of no return and a realization that we are collectively pressed against a ceiling that must break until we realize that there is no ceiling.   When we find the ability to observe the similar experiences that the universe brings to us for Healing we understand that the wheel keeps on turning, regardless of whether or not we’re actively participating.  What we resist in terms of karma will ultimately persist in such a way that we can no longer deny what the universe is trying to bring to our attention.  The medicine can be a little bitter going down but if we turn our receiver on we find the medicine Heals, it’s up to us what kind of energy we use to confront it .  We can decide to see the medicine wheel as a negative experience or as a beautifully expressive renaissance of the heart and spirit.  When we have the proper mindset and courage in facing our individual and collective karmic responsibility, we can also begin to see the gift.

The Human Drama

download (1)

We come into this world with preassigned roles that we’re expected to adapt to and participate in, even if it feels unnatural to our BEing.  Our roles are based on gender, social status, race, financial wealth, and goes on and on and on.  This has led to a state in society that speaks of judgment, fear, and apathy leaving us missing the entire point of our existence.  We tend to judge or deny the issues that we’re fearful of, been taught to avoid, or find distasteful in some way.  From there, we create emotional roles for ourselves to feed our “ignorance” (ignoring our own nuances and/or truth) which is just another way of saying we haven’t chosen to learn something yet.  The emotional roles in the human drama typically take on the character of either the victim/martyr, the oppressor/antagonist, or the savior/messiah all depending on the relationship.  When we take the time to realize that we’ve played all of these roles we can begin to see them for what they are and why we continue to play out our drama on an individual and collective level.  It’s like a game of musical chairs in which we deflect or deny the role of “victim” because none of us wants to be the star and victim in our own life story and being a martyr takes a lot of unnecessary energy.  The first step in re-writing the play is identifying and nurturing the aspects of ourselves that are wounded in the first place.  The key is not creating new roles but looking toward our unity and divinity.  In unity, we resonate with the vastness of Love without the need to assign roles, labels, and words to something we have to be open to receive, feel, and experience.

We are all capable of horrific things just as much as we are capable of beauty and love.  When we look into the mirror of our relationships and find ourselves unsatisfied we have to take what we find and apply it to Self.  For example, if we’ve had a turbulent childhood relationship with a parent and then, for lack of a better blueprint, become the parent you loved to “hate” in the first place.  We are taught on a most basic level that it’s unhealthy to express emotion, especially if learned we this in childhood.  We’re told to sit still, be quiet, and don’t speak unless spoken to so it becomes a negative experience if we find ourselves longing to express emotion.  If we’re taught that emotion is something to be guilty, ashamed, or embarrassed about then we find ourselves resisting our own healthy emotional expression.  From there, we begin to feel guilty, ashamed, and embarrassed for feeling our very own emotions.  But, we can transcend these roles from a healing place and the vastness of love which doesn’t assign roles and labels of limitation.  If we choose to face the fall-out and consequences of the lives and relationships we’ve created we find that mistakes are only that, mis-takes and not failures. We can learn to forgive, let go, and create a brand new blueprint with a foundation of unconditional love as its anchor.

The Wheel of Fortune

Another way of looking at universal “time” would be the karmic wheel of fortune.  The medicine wheel, as it’s known in Native American Indian culture, represents a karmic, peaceful balance with the Earth and each other.  When we think of “zero point time” we can relate it to transcendence or a graduation of sorts because we’ve worked through a stale, energetic pattern and we have an unwritten, clean slate in which to Create.  This doesn’t mean we’re not going to have ups and downs in life rather it means that we can get the difficult times much easier knowing that we will get to the other side as a more complete and happy person.

We tend to look at time as linear with events happening one after the other and this is true.  But, time is also a wheel and a cycle.  We may not find the exact same events or opportunities because change is constant in the Universe.  But, we will find similar opportunities are presented to us so that we may release neuroplastistic forms of behavior which is our patterns and emotional triggers.  We tend to get lost thinking we missed this boat or that train leading to feeling like we missed a  plethora of other golden opportunities that most surely will never pass this way again.  It’s true that our thoughts create things, at first.  The very first step is changing the neuropathways in the brain from a negative to a more positive approach about life and all its infinite possibilities.  But, the true key to creating and manifesting is through our spiritual and emotional “body”, our energy signature.  If we perceive our karmic lessons as punishment we’re completely missing the gift of transcendence.

Jacob’s Ladder

We can use our ladder to climb our way out of the underworld.  The karmic wheel takes us down into the deep so that we can shed our skin and begin to let the light of love shine through our BEing.  When we use the wheel to create rather than destroy we find our greater purpose for being here.  We can’t be or do great things if we’re still dancing around in the “underworld” expecting our lives to get better with negative emotion which leads to negative experiences.  The truth is, the more we have a problem with something or someone, the more we have an opportunity to heal and reach a state of grace.

Letting go of negative emotion is the gift of enlightenment.  It doesn’t mean that we won’t have down times or feel negativity.  It doesn’t mean we get to escape the pain or the grieving process either, but it does mean that we get through it.  We have to understand that when times get tough it’s against universal law for them to stay tough.  It’s in the raw, honest emotional truth that we get to the root cause of our pain and trauma.  Letting go is hard to describe in words as it’s an emotional unpacking of energy that isn’t in alignment with our higher self and purpose.  But, we can decide to release it through a new focus, forgiveness, or (my personal favorite) the healing technique of ho’oponopono.  We can make a conscious choice to heal others through the healing of Self as everything starts from withIN and radiates outwards through an energetic expansion.  We can decide that we’re sovereign from the pain and negativity of others, even if the energy is specifically directed at your BEing from another.  What we find distasteful gives us our greatest opportunity to reach an understanding.  We are all on our own path and came here to have different experiences.  We can never walk in the shoes of another or expect to have the same reaction to the same circumstances as everyone else.  Our diversity and uniqueness is our gift if we can transcend the energy of lack, judgment, hate, abandonment, betrayal, resentment, jealousy, fear and apathy.  These emotions open the door to the “underworld” from where our inner demons are birthed and take root.  Furthermore, they are ill equipped companions to have on the road to Shambhala.  When we release these emotions, we also release our shadow side enabling us to embody more Light, Love, Happiness, Peace, Balance and Abundance.   As we climb the ladder out of the underworld we find golden tickets of opportunity lighting our path to a newer, better way.  It’s our “time”, moral responsibility, and of the utmost importance to engage in the Gift of Life!

The Art of Life ~ Creating through Chaos

Last night as I was sleeping, I dreamt that I had a beehive within my heart, and the golden bees were making white combs and sweet honey from all of my bitter disappointments.
~ Antonio Machado

There is an Art to Life and living if we Learn how to Live it the right way, from the inside out instead of from the outside in.  It requires the willingness to open our mind and heart to our own unique, Creative Gifts.  But, more importantly, it allows us the Freedom to detach ourselves from the matrix of boxes and squares and find that the Gift of Creation is actually Beautifully chaotic.  We become attached to all kinds of unhealthy ideas of what we think we need to be happy but if we look deep withIN we find that what we think we need is mostly of a material, addictive, and external nature.  Everything is upside down in the Beautifully chaotic rabbit hole and we often perceive this chaos as our Lives “falling apart”.

The Rabbit Hole

download (1)There’s terms for this state of being and several come to mind – rock bottom, identity crisis, coming of age, depression, and/or finding the Spirit withIN (which will crack you wide open but that’s another article).  What we learn about Love is backwards in most cases which is ironic because we ARE Love, in its purest form.  The catch, the experiment if you will, was and is to truly find out what it means to be separate and opposite of our true nature which is Love.  The polarity is that Love and hate (fear) are like oil and water so when they interact on an energetic and emotional level we find the chaos, the allergic reaction if you will.  This the dark place, the inky black energy of the Aether, and the rock bottom.  But, it’s also the biggest Gift and our greatest opportunity to find a Creative “spark”…the way “out”.

Even in our darkest and most painful hour, we always have a choice.  It’s just harder to make that choice when we are in an emotional state of change because change can feel like we’re losing something.  To take it a step further, this dying off of the old to make room for the new can sometimes give us the perception of feeling like we can’t go on but it’s really the stale and toxic energy dying, not our Life Force!  But, it so happens that we all have fears and when we go into fear we become less clear on what it is we’re looking for.  From there….well, pack your bag because it’s time to take a trip and this trip is no vacation rather a tumultuous and bumpy ride ultimately leading you to the very same destination!  So, we have to ask ourselves, do we want to take the private jet or pull the rickshaw with all its baggage to get where we need to go?

Emotions don’t make sense all the time.  It doesn’t matter “why?” because we all have our own unique and creative way of processing, perceiving, and evaluating our own experiences.  The best recipe for emotional chaos is to simplify which ultimately brings us to our own objectivity.  We can simplify our emotions into 2 categories, Love or fear.  If you’re not feeling well this will simply tell you everything you need to know.  It means it’s time to clear out the suitcase and make room for something new, something Good – even if it feels upside down (you’re in the rabbit hole, remember?).

The Big Move

Article-4-Hoarding-The-Art-Of-Letting-Go-Photo-1First, it helps to know that we’ve done this before even if we forgot how.  But, when we’re Creating we’re also changing, morphing, evolving, and moving energy – the emotional kind of energy that comes with great weight which is why it’s called EnLightenment.  We’re Lightening our emotional load and unpacking our emotional baggage in order to replace it with more of what our Heart and Soul essence is searching for…. the longing for change and the fear that comes with it.  My son used to say “it’s bark” when he was little instead of voicing the dark but it exists and we have to not only face it but go through it.  Don’t be scared, though, because the darkness is also the Aether which is the spiritual energy of Creation.  The Aehter is the “place” where Miracles are born, Lives are forever changed, and something can come from “nothing”.  The nothingness is still energy because there is no such thing as nothing.  For example, if we make a decision to wait or stand still it’s still a decision, even if it’s temporary.  In the Heartfelt stillness we find the Creative spark we need to set our Universe Afire giving permission for those around us to do the same.  To make the big move we have to realize that it’s a 2 step process.  First, we find the fearful energy looking to be released, and most of us have an awareness of our fears even if we’re unsure how to process them and/or persuade then to move out.  The key is realizing that we need something to replace the fear with and this is the process that we don’t necessarily like so much because it’s uncomfortable at best.

The reason it’s so hard to move is because we don’t always support the Universe in supporting us by focusing on the “what if’s” instead of the Miracles.  Due to societal, familial, and/or religious perceptions we tend to focus on what we can’t do instead of what we can, what can go wrong instead of what can go right, and what other people think instead of listening to the beat of our own Heart.  If we stand still we think we’re doing something “wrong” but it takes great Courage, discipline, and a unique kind of “energy” to be patient and wait for the answers to come instead of fearfully grasping at straws just to make a decision, even if it’s the wrong decision.  We’re creatures of habit and instant gratification forgetting often that we are Infinite BEings.  This is where we get “stuck” going round and round trying to solve fearful problems with the same mentality that created them…more fear.  Solving fear with fear is the proverbial insanity of banging our heads against the wall until we have a “concussion” and can’t think straight at all anymore.

Grab a Pallette

Our rock bottom, uncomfortable,  rage of discontentment is ultimately telling us everything we need to know about what’s not “working” in our Lives.  We may not like what we see when we look in the mirror at some of the fearful, desperate decisions we’ve made but to undo the “damage” we have to go through the darkness in order to see the Light.  The pain of our discontent and anger is the perfect indicator that we are settling for less than what our Heart is telling us we are Worthy of, withIN and without.  We may not like the landscape or the paint we’ve thrown on the canvas but we can change it, move it, enhance it, and color it in.  When we survive our “mistakes” we find we long for a more Joyful, meaningful, enriching, experiential kind of Life that is almost impossible to find as long as we’re thinking that what we want for ourselves is out of our reach.  And, let’s be honest, our demons aren’t very easy to look at which is why they like to lurk just beyond the periphery of our vision.  The ego operates like a secret agent in stealth mode invoking the turbulence of our fear.  But, we have something the “ego” doesn’t – we have our Light.  Darkness is only a blank canvass and the absence of color.  Our Light contains every color imaginable, every possible outcome, and every Loving relationship we ever hope to attract.

Creating something *NEW* is the best way to release emotional baggage and re-color our Lives into something we can’t wait to look at in the mirror.  Life is supposed to be FUN and rewarding, especially when we make the choice to embody our Art of Life and all its endless, beautifully chaotic possibilities.  When we release our fears and Listen to our Heart we find our Gifts withIN – the color, the magic, the eye of the photographer, the voice of an angel, the dancer in all her Grace and Beauty, the yogi who knows stillness is a feat, the words to uplift and empower, the essence of our very BEing.  The Dreamer’s dream comes to Life before our very eyes and it mirrors back to us all that we truly are.  Beautiful Beings of Light and Love who have the power to transcend every dark and fearful thing with our unique and colorful Creator spark in the darkness of the Aether.
