Blue Water ~ Minding Emotional Pain

blue water“We cannot change anything unless we accept it.”
― C.G. JungModern Man in Search of a Soul

There are times in life’s journey when we simply feel blue.  We sense something is ‘missing’ and emotionally fall into feeling the absence of something stronger than its Presence.  Hidden in these moments is an opportunity for spiritual and emotional growth as the universe is opening a doorway to transcendence.  It’s our choice whether or not to walk through it.  Emotional and spiritual time are not ‘linear’ which is why  we may find ourselves emotionally triggered at anytime in life regardless of ‘timing’.

What happens when we’re having a hard time processing our emotions?  Most likely, the ‘programmed’ mind will begin to lead us astray in resistance to finding and retrieving these pieces.  The ego tends to create familiar or repetitive stories around the emotion because the mind has its own way of interpreting information.  It draws from the past and our patterns of behavior in order to interpret and filter our reality. The mind has a hard time letting go of “what’s next?” so the tendency is to go back because it’s familiar.  It may obsess on past or future events in order to prevent the true origin of the emotion to surface.  We may perceive anger as pain, bargaining as OCD, material worth as self-worth or loss as obsession; the vastness of our emotional expression is as diverse as the human condition.

Questioning how we’re feeling and why doesn’t bode well for keeping the ‘status quo’ and we expend a great deal of our energy trying to sustain said ‘status quo’.  Many societal expectations tell us that feeling and expressing emotion is weak or unnecessary. When we have a belief system around this idea, it leads to emotional resistance which is why we have a mental and emotional health epidemic on our hands where the ‘quick fixes’ being prescribed are as dangerous as the cause.  Denying emotion can lead to adverse mental effects and psychological complexities that chronically deteriorate our well-being on every level  We become depleted and find it  increasingly difficult to function in a healthy capacity.  The pressure to release these emotions encourages us to find an acceptable way to emotional and spiritual balance as we learn to navigate the paradox of the deep below, the subconscious and unconscious mind.

The Paradox of the Mental Universe

tumblr_n1ugajIxdS1rh36v7o1_1280

“The law of polarity states that: Everything is dual, everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree. It is also the first of the mutable or transcendable Universal Laws. It means that there are two sides to everything. Things that appear as opposites are in fact only two extremes of the same thing. ” ~ Tania Kotsos – Mind Your Reality

It’s normal for the mind to resist new ideas and experiences as it prefers consistency and patterns.  However, the more we try not to focus on something, the more we deny its existence, the more fiercely it will get our attention.  For instance, we may have a fundamental trauma around the emotion of abandonment so we focus on feeling connected by filling our lives with casual relationships to jobs or friends instead. But, we don’t let anyone get too close because we haven’t addressed the underlying, root issue.  Deep inside we’re also afraid of intimacy and acceptance.  We subconsciously keep distance in relationships which causes us to feel the abandonment on a deeper level; by trying not to focus on it, we’re still re-creating it rather than confronting it.  Fear of intimacy, acceptance and abandonment are all varying degrees of the same primal wound – the internal root grows many saplings.

Whether we look at emotional release as healthy or detrimental is all in the perspective.  The fact remains that it’s our responsibility to take care of ourselves by listening and responding.  The hardest thing is making peace with our own turbulence but we truly can’t have it any other way.  Life is moving, it’s not waiting for us to decide but it’s encouraging us to lighten our emotional baggage as we go.  When it’s confronted it ultimately leads to spiritual en-lighten-ment but as it goes unchecked it brings a great deal of ‘stress’.  When we finally stop running, we literally pass through the ‘mental’ realm of our own loveless projections; what we know as ‘judgement’ of self and others.  We have to love our ‘karma’ because it’s the universal reflection of our deepest wounds and greatest gifts all at once.

This is when we see that 2 opposite extremes can both be true at the same time. The child of ‘abuse’ becomes a loving parent but finds themselves triggered later in life by the dichotomy of self as parent and child.  The wound is still there but our perspective is always changing so we can heal on a deeper level.  In spirit, all is One and “as it should be”.  We are human beings processing information and sometimes we have a hard time finding acceptance. The big hairy monster in the closet is typically our very own resistance to something we already know inside.

Pain is a natural occurrence of the human experience and emotional pain is no different. Unlike physical pain, emotional pain can be avoided and denied until we have gone from pain to suffering.  Additionally, we sometimes go through tough and transitional moments in life such as a loss, endangerment or even a natural shift in perspective that causes doubt or insecurity to arise.  When we learn to sit in stillness with our emotions, we learn to reach a meditative state as the observer.    Sometimes we can mistake base mentality thinking or listening to the ego’s rhetoric as being ‘mindful’ of our emotions.

In spirit, we learn to connect with the vastness of Love in the Universe but we all have an inner antagonist.  A purposeful response is protecting our own dignity and self-worth by finding out what it is and what it wants.  We can’t make this connection with our mind rather we must make an emotional and spiritual connection through our heart.  It requires a part of us to step aside and this is where we need to find patience.  It can be difficult to quiet the mind.  If it weren’t, we wouldn’t notice that everyone seems to be talking while, at the same time, no one seems to be listening.  We all want to be heard but we have to also learn to listen; listen to Self, the Earth, the Art, the Music, the Yoga, the Breath, the Wisdom of our Sage and timeless Spirit; the infinite withIN.  The universe speaks in a quiet whisper, the ‘ego’ speaks quite differently.

We are all healers.  By healing self, we open the prison doors to emotional freedom and expression.  It’s okay to contemplate and question.  Ultimately, it’s our ability to find sanity in an insane world that is natural and organic.  It’s in our nature to be curious about the universe and, when we play the universal scavenger hunt, we become demystified…our own mystic.  When we look to nature and natural creation to soothe our wounds, we detach from the deafening rhetoric and find a place to plant new roots.  We must rely on the truth of our eternal spirit to grow free from our primal wounds and the distractions of society’s limiting institutions.  When we decompress from our pain, we heal the individual and collective psyche.  Letting go lifts the burden of tension and brings clarity helping us better manage what’s on our proverbial plate.  Clarity returns as spirit takes over lighting the path to a more peaceful way of being.

We can’t have both worlds – to be true to self we must honor our inner world and our emotional wounds.  Blue water sometimes feels more like fire water.  The fire burns off the dense energy that creates the patterns and programs of insanely doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.  As we leave the insanity and face the ‘wake of damage’ it left behind, the water soothes the burn of ‘regret’ .  Remember, honest emotional expression is Beautiful.   It’s every color of the rainbow.  Blue is the color of our truth and our divinity.  It’s a Gift, even though it may not feel that way in the moment.  It’s what we create with it that matters.  Something Blue, maybe?

The Art of Life ~ Creating through Chaos

Last night as I was sleeping, I dreamt that I had a beehive within my heart, and the golden bees were making white combs and sweet honey from all of my bitter disappointments.
~ Antonio Machado

There is an Art to Life and living if we Learn how to Live it the right way, from the inside out instead of from the outside in.  It requires the willingness to open our mind and heart to our own unique, Creative Gifts.  But, more importantly, it allows us the Freedom to detach ourselves from the matrix of boxes and squares and find that the Gift of Creation is actually Beautifully chaotic.  We become attached to all kinds of unhealthy ideas of what we think we need to be happy but if we look deep withIN we find that what we think we need is mostly of a material, addictive, and external nature.  Everything is upside down in the Beautifully chaotic rabbit hole and we often perceive this chaos as our Lives “falling apart”.

The Rabbit Hole

download (1)There’s terms for this state of being and several come to mind – rock bottom, identity crisis, coming of age, depression, and/or finding the Spirit withIN (which will crack you wide open but that’s another article).  What we learn about Love is backwards in most cases which is ironic because we ARE Love, in its purest form.  The catch, the experiment if you will, was and is to truly find out what it means to be separate and opposite of our true nature which is Love.  The polarity is that Love and hate (fear) are like oil and water so when they interact on an energetic and emotional level we find the chaos, the allergic reaction if you will.  This the dark place, the inky black energy of the Aether, and the rock bottom.  But, it’s also the biggest Gift and our greatest opportunity to find a Creative “spark”…the way “out”.

Even in our darkest and most painful hour, we always have a choice.  It’s just harder to make that choice when we are in an emotional state of change because change can feel like we’re losing something.  To take it a step further, this dying off of the old to make room for the new can sometimes give us the perception of feeling like we can’t go on but it’s really the stale and toxic energy dying, not our Life Force!  But, it so happens that we all have fears and when we go into fear we become less clear on what it is we’re looking for.  From there….well, pack your bag because it’s time to take a trip and this trip is no vacation rather a tumultuous and bumpy ride ultimately leading you to the very same destination!  So, we have to ask ourselves, do we want to take the private jet or pull the rickshaw with all its baggage to get where we need to go?

Emotions don’t make sense all the time.  It doesn’t matter “why?” because we all have our own unique and creative way of processing, perceiving, and evaluating our own experiences.  The best recipe for emotional chaos is to simplify which ultimately brings us to our own objectivity.  We can simplify our emotions into 2 categories, Love or fear.  If you’re not feeling well this will simply tell you everything you need to know.  It means it’s time to clear out the suitcase and make room for something new, something Good – even if it feels upside down (you’re in the rabbit hole, remember?).

The Big Move

Article-4-Hoarding-The-Art-Of-Letting-Go-Photo-1First, it helps to know that we’ve done this before even if we forgot how.  But, when we’re Creating we’re also changing, morphing, evolving, and moving energy – the emotional kind of energy that comes with great weight which is why it’s called EnLightenment.  We’re Lightening our emotional load and unpacking our emotional baggage in order to replace it with more of what our Heart and Soul essence is searching for…. the longing for change and the fear that comes with it.  My son used to say “it’s bark” when he was little instead of voicing the dark but it exists and we have to not only face it but go through it.  Don’t be scared, though, because the darkness is also the Aether which is the spiritual energy of Creation.  The Aehter is the “place” where Miracles are born, Lives are forever changed, and something can come from “nothing”.  The nothingness is still energy because there is no such thing as nothing.  For example, if we make a decision to wait or stand still it’s still a decision, even if it’s temporary.  In the Heartfelt stillness we find the Creative spark we need to set our Universe Afire giving permission for those around us to do the same.  To make the big move we have to realize that it’s a 2 step process.  First, we find the fearful energy looking to be released, and most of us have an awareness of our fears even if we’re unsure how to process them and/or persuade then to move out.  The key is realizing that we need something to replace the fear with and this is the process that we don’t necessarily like so much because it’s uncomfortable at best.

The reason it’s so hard to move is because we don’t always support the Universe in supporting us by focusing on the “what if’s” instead of the Miracles.  Due to societal, familial, and/or religious perceptions we tend to focus on what we can’t do instead of what we can, what can go wrong instead of what can go right, and what other people think instead of listening to the beat of our own Heart.  If we stand still we think we’re doing something “wrong” but it takes great Courage, discipline, and a unique kind of “energy” to be patient and wait for the answers to come instead of fearfully grasping at straws just to make a decision, even if it’s the wrong decision.  We’re creatures of habit and instant gratification forgetting often that we are Infinite BEings.  This is where we get “stuck” going round and round trying to solve fearful problems with the same mentality that created them…more fear.  Solving fear with fear is the proverbial insanity of banging our heads against the wall until we have a “concussion” and can’t think straight at all anymore.

Grab a Pallette

Our rock bottom, uncomfortable,  rage of discontentment is ultimately telling us everything we need to know about what’s not “working” in our Lives.  We may not like what we see when we look in the mirror at some of the fearful, desperate decisions we’ve made but to undo the “damage” we have to go through the darkness in order to see the Light.  The pain of our discontent and anger is the perfect indicator that we are settling for less than what our Heart is telling us we are Worthy of, withIN and without.  We may not like the landscape or the paint we’ve thrown on the canvas but we can change it, move it, enhance it, and color it in.  When we survive our “mistakes” we find we long for a more Joyful, meaningful, enriching, experiential kind of Life that is almost impossible to find as long as we’re thinking that what we want for ourselves is out of our reach.  And, let’s be honest, our demons aren’t very easy to look at which is why they like to lurk just beyond the periphery of our vision.  The ego operates like a secret agent in stealth mode invoking the turbulence of our fear.  But, we have something the “ego” doesn’t – we have our Light.  Darkness is only a blank canvass and the absence of color.  Our Light contains every color imaginable, every possible outcome, and every Loving relationship we ever hope to attract.

Creating something *NEW* is the best way to release emotional baggage and re-color our Lives into something we can’t wait to look at in the mirror.  Life is supposed to be FUN and rewarding, especially when we make the choice to embody our Art of Life and all its endless, beautifully chaotic possibilities.  When we release our fears and Listen to our Heart we find our Gifts withIN – the color, the magic, the eye of the photographer, the voice of an angel, the dancer in all her Grace and Beauty, the yogi who knows stillness is a feat, the words to uplift and empower, the essence of our very BEing.  The Dreamer’s dream comes to Life before our very eyes and it mirrors back to us all that we truly are.  Beautiful Beings of Light and Love who have the power to transcend every dark and fearful thing with our unique and colorful Creator spark in the darkness of the Aether.

The River – Navigating Your Own Spiritual Route

The River

By Andy Whiteley and Jennifer Deisher

Contributing Writers for Wake Up World

No one can define the river. The only one that can define the other is itself. Life is the river.

The intricate river of consciousness is a stream of oneness that flows around us, through us, and between us. We are all diverse beings, yet through it we are entirely interconnected.

As we ride the river, it brings us endless opportunities to change course, to shift our energetic focus. We come to crossing after crossing, decision after decision. But the collective current can be overwhelming, so we often plot the course that others have take, follow someone else’s map, or sail the route most familiar, forgetting or foregoing the truth that we are all navigators, living only to experience the limitless river, our own way.

Going with the flow

Despite our diversity, as we grow we are taught to suspend our individuality, to be “an adult”, to join the uniformed collective and give up on the unique “silly dreams” of our childhood. We learn to celebrate those who do and to castigate those who don’t. We learn very early that expressing our deepest drives, and taking our deepest dives, will differentiate us from the social group – the first step towards ostracism, or “not fitting in”.

The way to navigate the river, we’re taught, is to go with the collective flow. Don’t rock the boat. Keep your eyes on the boat ahead. Row to the beat of the drum. Some of us feel like giving up paddling altogether. As we ride the waves of the planetary shift, it can certainly seem the easier option.

But, just as the river is undefined until it defines itself, we are undefined until we define ourselves. Our river is infinite. Our potential is endless. Our only limitation is the idea of limitation; an idea we reinforce in each other from birth.

Thankfully, self-limiting ideas can be deconstructed, when you’re ready to get your feet wet. How? Take a deep breath and grab a paddle!

It’s up to each of us to choose our own direction, right now, from this point, according to our own inner compass. We’re on the water anyway… Would you rather choose a destination or just follow the boat ahead? We may navigate unknown, even uncharted obstacles, but that is an inevitable part of exploring the river. Sailing our own spiritual route, we see a clearer view of what’s around us. Unobstructed by expectation and limitation, we navigate from our intuition, exploring our own unique connection to the limitless potential of the current.

That’s when we discover our own ‘special something’…. and when that happens, anything can manifest. What, is up to you.

Which wolf wins?

One evening an old man told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, ‘My son, the battle is between two ‘wolves’ inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.’

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: ‘Which wolf wins?’

The old man simply replied, ‘The one you feed’.

Creating the dream

In the reality we see today, we have two clear paths to choose from: to act from kindness, embrace diversity, and honor real knowledge, wisdom and peace… Or to continue giving our energy to a centralized culture of induced polarity and misinformation, which breeds greed, ego and apathy.

So which wolf will you feed?

Many will think this “childish dream” of creating a truly benevolent commUnity is just that; a dream – a fantasy, not a plan, and certainly not a plan already in action. But we challenge them to think about this in a different way.

At this point in humanity’s history it seems that there are many who are desperately hanging on to an antiquated social belief system, many aspects of which they don’t even realize exist or affect them. Like the river of consciousness, our social programming goes very, very deep; it is attached to our sense of value and our sense of self. It colors our view of the entire river, as it started the day we were born. And despite the efforts of the Powers That Were to perpetuate the ‘norm’, to keep us paddling in circles, those inherited beliefs have failed us both individually and collectively.

It was inevitable. In the end, all lies break down.

Our society is built on a toxic foundation. Led by deceit, we honor the values of competition and consumption, separation and (perceived) safety. When you’re in it, entranced by it, it can be difficult to see it. But you can feel it. You can’t put your finger on it but something doesn’t feel right. Everyone’s smiling but something’s up. You’re just not sure what. And anyone who speaks up is treated as a lunatic.

That’s the trap.

As a result, here we are as a society, living out the true definition of insanity; doing the same things over and over each day, and expecting a different outcome tomorrow. We’re paddling around in circles, hoping for a better “reality”, but ignoring to the turns the river is offering.

We don’t know about you but we choose a different reality. Today. And it starts with just one new turn.

Our most limiting beliefs and values were created for us in childhood, and we are comfortable with the patterns of behavior (however negative) that they drive from deep within us. After all, they are all we know. It is by questioning the beliefs we were taught by others (who were also taught by others), consciously shedding those beliefs that don’t serve us as individuals, and realizing that we have choices, that we find the ability to tune into our heart – our relationship with our true self – and learn from within what route is best for us, individually and authentically.

Only then, when we realize our true nature – warts, farts and all – can we nurture what is unique about our self, and ultimately contribute our gift to the betterment of the whole. Until then, we’re just following the flow of someone else’s current, bobbing around in the wash.

As we begin to explore a path that truly resonates for us, we break down our own sense of limitation – that hopeless sense of failing without ever trying – and remember that anything we can conceive is possible. We find alignment with our own unique vibration, and finally stop expecting (and then accepting) ‘less’ for our self, and for those around us.

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right.” ~ Henry Ford

My boat, my reality

If you can’t conceive of what we’re describing, that’s okay. This is my boat, and this is my reality. You may prefer a different route to travel. Your boat, your reality. You may also find yourself lost, and that’s okay too. But please, until you find your inner compass, paddle quietly to the shore and try not to obstruct passing vessels.

People who say it can’t be done should not interrupt those who are doing it. ~ George Bernard Shaw

The fact is, people, places, things, and circumstances are only as important as the energy we give them. Even science is coming to understand that our universe is as responsive to us as we are responsive to it; that DNA can be re-programmed by words and frequencies; that the world literally changes at a quantum level under the watchful eye consciousness; that we areinterdimensional beings with the power of suggestion, intention and belief at our disposal. So, as science and spirituality collide, understanding that our consciousness helps to shape the ‘physical’ 3D world around us, the laws of physics and consciousness should be seen as complementary.

So let’s apply this principle. Let’s toss stones of intention and love into the collective waters, and change the vibration of the whole river.

Of course, in a community of individuals, we each have choices. Though the river is interconnected, what you do in the comfort of your own boat is up to you. But it is worth remembering, if you keep veering left, you’ll just keep going around in circles.

Are you ready to admit humanity is lost and try a new route? To create that “dream” reality?

As rewarding as it is, it takes great courage of the heart to embark deep within oneself. It can be very confronting. We may feel pain, or regret, or that we were “wrong” in the way we once perceived our respective reality. But we must remember that our perspective is never “wrong”. Constantly altered by experience, our perspective is a unique and mutable manifestation of consciousness itself. It is consciousness. Without experience and change, there would be no challenge, no growth – no reality. This fact of our reality becomes more apparent as we move into new levels of consciousness, and more comfortable as we learn to separate our Being from our ego.

So, as we go through this self discovery and raise ourselves to a higher vibration, it helps to remember that we are not who we once were. We are an ever-changing part of something more vast and complex than we can possibly comprehend. As we delve into the depths of the river, we must show ourselves compassion and release the emotions of those “regrettable” experiences that brought us here, and release the frequency of those unresolved feelings from our being. And we must show others the same compassion, regardless of ‘where’ they are on their journey. We’re all on this river together.

Honoring life

Let’s honor those things in others that are common among us, and which make us human.

Let’s honor everyone we meet, and see and hear them with an open heart and an open mind.

Honor life and love, whether you are saying goodbye or saying hello. Honor the heart, whether it is lost in sorrow or shining bright.

Honor the elderly, for riding that river that brought you here.

Honor your parents and your children, sisters and brothers, partners and friends, who share the journey with you.

Honor and celebrate the people who make a real difference, everyday.

Honor the art of humanity where you see it, whether it is a masterpiece or a hopscotch board drawn in chalk. Honor the music that stirs your soul and makes your body move. Honor the ideas and ideals that inspire you to act, and the writing that touches your heart and makes you smile.

Honor the experiences that knocked you on your ass, and the opportunities that helped change your life. Honor the uniqueness of your experience, and of others. And honor the fact that you made it here.

Honor the Earth as the giver of life. Honor your body as a portal to this existence. Honor your sexuality as a sacred part of your humanity. Honor your mind, and question everything you “know”. Honor your intuition as it lets you know where to find joy in your life, and where to find resistance and growth. Honor your weaknesses, as they ultimately become our assets.

Honor your limitless imagination… and let’s see what an amazing commUnity we can create together.

Honor your sacred, unexplainable self.

Honor life.

In a limitless world, our only limitation is the idea of limitation.

Let’s explore the river.

Diamonds in the Sky

Diamonds in the Sky

21st August 2014

By Jennifer Deisher

Contributing Writer for Wake Up World

A “diamond planet” was discovered in late 2012 and I’ve been fascinated by it ever since I heard about it – but didn’t really know why. As with most things recently, I wonder why these things stick out in my mind and therefore, what it was offering me on my spiritual journey. Then I put it together when I read an article from Forbes magazine about the diamond planet and the monetary “value” that was placed on it – $26.9 Nonillion (which is 26.9 followed by 30 zeros).

Here is a quote from the article I’m referring to “There is no doubt in my mind that it would be quite valuable for those of us on earth to be able to mine The Diamond Planet and sell its raw diamonds. Naturally, there is a question of whether all that supply could be absorbed by the market.”

The concept that humanity has any right to consider mining this far off planet for diamonds and selling them here on Earth is not only arrogant, it demonstrates our skewed priorities and the extent of the illusions that make up our disintegrating reality. Diamonds are only considered “valuable” because our society attributes a specific value to them. The perceived monetary value of the ‘diamond planet’ serves as a distraction from our true nature – curiosity and scientific enquiry about this amazing discovery.

For many of us today, we have forgotten where we come from and our true Divine Nature. I know that I had, and it’s been quite the journey finally “remembering” many of those things; those Universal truths. The process has pushed my mind to the “brink of insanity” and back again, and somehow, I always come back to myself, finding peace in my heart’s connection to Mother Earth.

Honoring the Divine Feminine

I have a very strong connection with Mother Earth and Grandmother Moon, and my awakening has been very “feminine” in nature. But, we can’t have Life without both aspects – yin/yang, masculine/feminine, night/day. As with most things there is “duality”, and the duality that I’m referring to right now is the God/Goddess elements of our spirituality.

I have read a great many things about this duality, and specifically about how many calendars used to be both Solar and Lunar. As we moved away from recognizing the Lunar aspect of time in our calendars, we have also moved away from the Lunar side of our spirituality – the Goddess, or Divine Feminine.

The Goddess is the intuitive side of our nature. She is our feminine aspects; the side of us that nurtures, that forgives, shows compassion, and is guided by emotional intelligence. She respects life and the Earth, has the power to heal, and a loving “maternal” instinct toward others. Respect for the Goddess energy is what has been missing from our society – and from ourconsciousness – for so very long. And she is trying very hard to get our attention.

Diamonds in the Sky - starWe are all one in creation and Mother Earth is no exception. She provides everything we need to live abundant and sustainable lives. She is generous and plentiful, but she also must be seen and respected as such. She will provide us with all of the resources we will ever need, if we work with her natural flow instead of against her; if we acknowledge her being and co-exist with her. But today, we as a species have taken what she has offered us, and more, and put a monetary value on it. We systematically compete for her abundance, as though it is scarce.

Scarcity or Abundance?

Of course we all need money to survive, right? Well, I say wrong. We need the Earth to survive, and she has provided us with everything we need to do so. I mean, we can’t eat money right?

Money is only a representation of an energy exchange. On its own, it’s not a bad concept. The problem is that our current monetary and resource systems have been corrupted. A culture of scarcity and competition – instead of abundance and cooperation – has been deliberately cultivated, while mechanisms like fractional reserve banking ensure that wealth is funnelled away from the general population and into the hands of a few power brokers. Our nation’s “leaders” are at war with one another over land, money and oil, and it’s happening as we speak.

We have taken so much from our Mother without giving back, and we have reached the point in our relationship where our acquisitive behavior will no longer be tolerated, so to speak. We have created a system that is no longer working for Mother, or humanity, and it’s collapsing all around us as we speak. When enough people wake up to what is happening – and it’s coming – we can begin to reclaim and rebuild our societies in alignment with our true nature: our beautiful Mother Earth.

Beautiful Mother

I often wondered how we could ever place a monetary value on gifts of life from nature, such as food and water. Why so many must go hungry when our Mother has provided plenty for all of us, if only we would cooperate.

I often wondered why I didn’t have the freedom to live where I wanted on this beautiful planet; why I was “restricted” to a certain area just because of where I was born. Am I not free to roam, to explore, to see all the gifts of Mother Earth? Why does someone else get to decide where I can go?

What isn’t working for you?

Right now we have the opportunity and the obligation to ask ourselves – What we can do to break the cycle that is no longer working? What does our beautiful Mother need from us, in return for her sustenance? What do we want and need our societies to look like going forward?

It is all of our responsibility to open ourselves up to these questions. Until we show reverence for our Mother Earth, she will be sure that we continue to see and hear and feel her. She will rumble and roar until we look up to See her and ask her what she needs to thrive.

As Mother Earth continues to realign herself to a higher vibration, we are in a unique position; we have both the power and the need to manifest a new reality together, creating something new, different and beautiful.

We are diamonds, and it is our job to take care of our Mother who has provided us with sustenance and life.

We are diamonds, and it is our job to make sure that no one around us goes hungry or without shelter, or natural freedoms, or love.

We are diamonds, right here on Mother Earth, and it is our responsibility at this time in history to shine bright with our inner light and change our very reality.

See her, feel her, taste her, smell her, and LOVE her.

See, feel, taste and love EACH OTHER!

We don’t need to mine diamonds from the sky. I already see diamonds… everywhere!
