The Art of Life ~ Creating Through Chaos

The Art of Life ~ Creating Through Chaos

“Last night as I was sleeping, I dreamt that I had a beehive within my heart, and the golden bees were making white combs and sweet honey from all of my bitter disappointments.” ~ Antonio Machado

There is an art to life and living, if we learn how to live it from the inside out instead of from the outside in. It requires the willingness to open our minds and hearts to our own unique, creative gifts. But, more importantly, it allows us the freedom to see through the matrix of boxes and squares and detach ourselves from controlled illusion of our reality. Then, looking from the inside out, we find that the reality of creation is actually beautifully chaotic.

Down The Rabbit Hole

As human Beings, we can become attached to all kinds of ideas of what we think we need to be happy – comfort, security, career, social circles. But when we look deep within ourselves, we realize these needs are mostly of a material and external nature. Although they can be alluring, the happiness we find in these attachments and identifications is usually temporary, as they reflect our relationship to the chaotic outside world, not our personal, peaceful inner world. Of course, when our happiness depends on conditions outside ourselves and our control, we search for completion from the outside in. Then, when those external conditions are taken away, so too is our sense of peace and fulfilment. We have lost control over our emotional being.

But everything is upside down in this beautifully chaotic rabbit hole. In our attempt to find happiness in the outside world, we often perceive external chaos as our lives “falling apart”, when really, circumstances are just starting to come together in our lives in ways we can’t comprehend.

There’s terms for this state of being and several come to mind – rock bottom, crisis, despair, and/or finding the Spirit within (a process that will crack you wide open, but that’s another article in itself). In these times, whether we can see it or not, our external attachments and identifications are stripped from us, and it is only within ourselves that we can create comfort in the chaos.

The Life Force

What we learn about love is backwards. We are raised believing we must search for love outside ourselves, find someone to love us, and find someone to love. We learn that we are alone, incomplete and loveless without the love of another.

In reality, we ARE love, in its purest form. But we are conditioned to feel separated from that true nature of love, valuing only the love we receive from outside ourselves. This leaves us open to fear, as we believe that love itself can be taken away.

Love and hate (fear) are like oil and water, so when they interact on an energetic and emotional level we often find chaos in the polarity — an allergic reaction if you will. Our loving nature and our fearful conditioning can’t co-exist. Something has to give. And in that  dark and confusing place, we find rock bottom; the inky black energy of the aether, where our training and our truth collide. But, it’s also the place where we find our greatest opportunity — the creative “spark” to light our way out of the dark.

Even in our darkest and most painful times, we always have that opportunity; that choice. It’s harder to make that choice when we are in an emotional state of change because change can feel like we’re losing something, and in uncertainty, we fear what may yet be. But as we shed our external attachments, the way forward — that creative spark — can only be found in the emotion of the moment, right now, not in feelings of loss (past) or fear (future). The only way out is through.

As the old makes room for the new, our overwhelming emotions can sometimes make us feel like we can’t go on. Fear, loss and grief are all common. But what we’re feeling in those rock-bottom moments is actually the stale old toxic energy dying, not our life force! It’s no vacation, but at the end of it, we are left with new circumstances, new energy, a new perspective. On a micro level, these old energy patterns are being felt and released by individuals, while on a macro level, humanity is currently reflecting the same process — we’re at rock-bottom, feeling the chaos of this energetic clash, and using that spark to light creative new ways forward.

When we go into darkness, it’s no vacation. It helps to remember: when emotional chaos takes hold, the best remedy is simplicity. When we simplify our lives and remove subjective distractions, it brings us closer to alignment and objectivity. We become more sensitive in our perceptions. We can be still with our thoughts and feelings, while also exploring the opportunities they create. This will tell you everything you need to know – even if it feels upside down (you’re in the rabbit hole, remember?)

The Big Move

First, it helps to know that we’ve done this before even if we can’t see it, or forgot how. Through the process of shedding old energy and creating ‘the new’, we’re changing, morphing, evolving, and moving energy – the emotional kind of energy that comes with great weight, which is why the process of releasing it is called enlightenment (light bulb moment!) Although the ego part of us may attach to the feeling of loss, and resist letting go of old comfortable energy, this process of unpacking our emotional baggage Lightens our emotional load and helps us to align our energetic being to what our heart and soul essence is really searching for — change and the fear that comes with it. The whole gamut of conscious experience.

It can feel daunting, looking into our own personal rabbit hole, but don’t be scared. The darkness is part of the great aether which is the spiritual energy of creation. The aether is the “place” and the mindset where illusions are shattered, perspectives are changed, new dreams are forged, and something beautiful and honest is born — seemingly from “nothing”.

Remember though, the “nothingness” you may experience is still something, because there is no such thing as nothing. In the heart-felt stillness of the dark, we find the presence, openness and creative spark we need to truly see our reality and consciously invigorate our lives, aligning our outer world to our inner reality and desires.

So honor the darkness for the experience that it is and the lessons it offers your heart and mind — and most of all, know that it is temporary.

To make ‘the big move’ is basically a 2-step process. First, we have to identify and connect with the fearful energy that wants to be expressed — or released. Most of us have an awareness of our fears and the patterns they create in our lives, even if we’re unsure how to process them and/or persuade them to move out. This is the process that we don’t necessarily like so much because it’s uncomfortable at best. The key is realizing that we need something to replace the fear in our heart.

When fear keeps us “stuck”, the reason we find it so hard to move is because we stop supporting the Universe to support us, by focusing our consciousness on the “what if’s” — what we don’t have, what we can’t do, what may go wrong, and often, what other people think. The ego’s perception becomes about “loss” and “want” and “fear” of the potential future; and so we lose touch with our natural sense of gratitude for now — which is a necessary ingredient for co-creating with conscious intention. But that sense of fear is not real, it is the ego trying to protect itself from the worst case “what if’s” that may or may not happen in the future, and redirecting our attention back to familiar patterns of behavior that may gratify the ego in the short term but do not serve the Self in the long term.

Then, when ego/fear prevents us from trying, or even dreaming, nothing happens at all! Today or in the future…

… and so, this is where we get “stuck”, going round and round trying to solve fearful problems in our heads, trying to resolve our fears with the same mentality that created them… more fear. It’s the emotional equivalent of banging our heads against a proverbial brick wall.

Ego is the antithesis of Oneness. Inherently fearful of the unknown, ego is hard wired into our biological flight-or-fight/fear response. It views reality in terms of separation and comparison to others, blind to the bigger picture that exists beyond its own self-oriented awareness.

The best way to resolve the fear of doing is to DO. Go ahead and prove your fearful ego wrong.

Sure, it can take great courage, discipline and self-understanding to honestly explore the dark recesses of our fears and ego. But the hard-earned truth is, there is no other real option. As we continue down this path of collective and personal awakening, our unresolved ego/fears and their effects are becoming increasingly obvious in our lives, and like any other unsustainable practice, we can no longer put them aside without suffering the consequences.

It’s time we cleared the space, start a fresh canvass, and show those around us they can do the same too.

Grab a Pallette!

Our emotions ultimately tell us everything we need to know about what’s working and not working for us in our lives. When things aren’t “right”, we experience discomfort or discontent in various areas of our life. If we don’t allow these feelings to surface, and more importantly to guide our mind’s decisions, the unresolved emotional energy will always find a way to be expressed, whether the ego likes it or not. For many, the ongoing denial and apathy to such challenging feelings can culminate in a ‘dark night of the soul’, where the emotional veil suddenly drops and the full range of emotional energies demand that we feel them, and heal them, at once.

In these times, we may not like what we see when we look at the canvas of our life. Reflecting on our fears and most painful experiences forces us to be aware of the fearful, unloving, or desperate decisions we’ve made in our lives. We may not like the landscape we’ve painted, or the details in the background, or the truth about what we’ve emulated from our fear but we can change it, move it, enhance it, and color it in. First we need to step back and really see the canvas objectively — without ego — and feel the message within it. Our pain, discontent, anger and regret are all perfect indicators that we are settling for something in our lives that is not aligned with our true Being. Exploring and acknowledging the whole spectrum of our feelings is the first (and most difficult) step to healing them, and starting over, creating through the chaos.

In order to unravel the effects of our feelings and experiences in ego and fear have caused on our energetic landscape, it’s a case of going back through the darkness in order to see the Light. That’s the duality – Light doesn’t exist without dark, and the only way out is through. Follow the light. Sometimes that means we have to stop, look, and listen in order to find a heartfelt stillness enabling us to truly see what our heart, and the universe by extension, is trying to show us.

Then, when we confront our true human and spiritual nature head on and “survive” the truth of our dark side (even though our ego feared we would perish!) we emerge with a new clearer perspective — ready to create a more honest, simple, joyful, meaningful, enriching, experiential kind of life. The kind of life that is perfectly aligned to the inner Being we have come to know so well. The kind of life that is impossible to create while the ego has us convinced that what we want for ourselves is always somehow out of our reach.

Colour in the Dark

Let’s be honest, our darker feelings of fear and chaos aren’t exactly easy to look at up close and personal. We learn to keep our fear hidden just beyond the periphery of our conscious awareness in order to stay “sane and functioning”. The ego’s mode of operation is like a secret agent in stealth mode encouraging the turbulence of our fear. Its very purpose is to make us aware of our own fears and/or limitations taking us into the darkness of the aether.  But the darkness only obscures our view, hiding a blank canvass of infinite potential. We have something the ego doesn’t though — color, light and shade which equates to every imaginable outcome.

Creating something *NEW* is the best way to release emotional baggage and re-color our lives into a canvas we can’t wait to claim as our own and share with the world. If we allow ourselves to fully experience the dark side of our emotional existence, we can use that experience as both a motivation and a tool to create new experiences, new relationships, and new outcomes.

Our creative juices move in synchronicity with the universal flow of creation when we allow ourselves to be guided by our hearts. As we release our fears and overcome the urges of the short-sighted ego, we learn to listen to our heart and to our inner guidance. The dreamer’s dream comes to life before our very eyes and it mirrors back to us all that we truly are – beautiful, colourful, and unique Beings of light, consciously co-creating our own canvas, and transcending the darkness of the aether. Fun and rewarding, our existence suddenly becomes a vibrant colorful life when we make the choice to embody the art of life, with all its light and shade, and open ourselves to experience its endless, beautifully chaotic possibilities.

Safety First: Ending and Grieving an Abusive Relationship

Emotional abuse may not be as easy to recognize as physical abuse, but it can be even more damaging. It affects you emotionally, psychologically, physically and spiritually — and it makes you feel crazy as you unravel the truth.

Grief is a most unpopular yet vital topic of discussion. Maybe our tendency to shy away from facing grief openly is why society has a hard time honoring the process, especially when it comes to complicated grief. No one ever tells you to prepare for grief as you would prepare for the convergence of a hurricane. And sometimes grief shows up unexpectedly in any number of ways; like the angel of death on a beautiful October day at the end of a Hawaiian vacation. Ideally, we know grief is coming in some way and have the foresight to make room in our lives for the storm, such as preparing for the death of an elderly family member or — importantly — leaving an abusive relationship.

As it pertains to abuse, preparing to end or ending an abusive relationship is tricky. In these situations, you may feel powerless but proper preparation allows you the edge required to move forward and get back to the joy of living life to its fullest potential.

The process of grief is ultimately about coming to a place of acceptance. There are many milestones along the path where pieces of acceptance come. It won’t come all at once or the way we like it. It is about acceptance, after all. If it were easy, we wouldn’t have to take a journey to get there. So, as with any trip, we prepare accordingly. Grief is a trip, sometimes even reaching psychedelic proportions. The more we resist it, the more it will let us know we’re still trippin’. But, we can map out a plan of action where we consider our options and gather the tools we need to prepare our emotional, spiritual, mental and physical house for the storm to come.

Grief is like giving birth in reverse. Instead of new life, we find life leaving us. We don’t want just anyone peering in on our anger and pain when we’re suffering just as we don’t want just anyone watching us in the primal act of sex or childbirth. These are very trying times in being forced to confront the most deep-rooted vulnerabilities as we learn to trust again. If you’re”here”, it’s because trust has been broken somewhere along the way on the deepest level of your spirit; you, or someone you love, is in an abusive relationship. At the very least, you have been spiritually violated and it mostly likely doesn’t stop there but ripples out to the physical, mental and emotional. Accepting this is a milestone. This is our higher self telling us we can no longer sustain the way we have been. This is when most of the tools in your toolbox will stop working. Finding a way to exist outside of the abusive relationship is imperative.

Separating isn’t easy. A child leaving home. A lucrative business arrangement gone sour. A parent who moves from the physical world. Losing a home in a devastating flood while the world looks the other way. All of these things are grievous. Equally or not, when we separate from an abusive relationship, it is the biggest emotional storm imaginable… our own. If someone is abusing or mistreating you and then tells you they didn’t do anything “wrong” or they “can’t help it”, listen to them — because they are telling you they are going to continue. This is a milestone of acceptance. The next step is creating separation. This is an ideal time to find a midwife; even if that midwife is buying some time off work, finding a healer and/or moving to shelter. As in any “survival” scenario, to move is to live; You must find higher ground. When we feel violated in a relationship and only one person is willing to change or admit there’s a problem; we find ourselves getting lost in the hope things will eventually get better. When an abusive person either can’t or won’t get help, we must take charge in order to obtain, maintain and protect our dignity as we allow grief to part the waters of change. We can never allow these things to ensue if we don’t have safe haven. When it all ends, what we seek is what we find; the truth. The ending provides the perfect opportunity to see the true colors in the relationship. Threatening to leave and actually leaving are two different things so keep in mind, it will get worse before it gets better. If the situation is physical or sexual, trying to leave before finding safety is dangerous because this is a breeding ground for violence. In the case of emotional, verbal or mental abuse; we have to create a safe space of “no contact” with the abuser, otherwise, the fear of things getting worse will paralyze you like a venomous animal paralyzing its prey for a meal. Find sanctuary. When you have found separation from the abuse, this is a milestone.

After separating from the situation, clarity starts to sink in forcing an assessment of the emotional and psychological injuries that were sustained in the relationship. Triage. This is when the addiction sets in and you may start missing them, or think you do. What’s missing is the idea of the relationship as the illusion it is. It’s not crazy or insane to manufacture a more ideal reality as the feelings are very real but encourage us to believe the other person is equally suffering in our absence. E-motion is a verb meaning to move emotional energy, emotion is necessary to get to the truth. The feelings, the intuition and gut feeling of truth, is underneath the illusion that this is a healthy relationship. Healthy relationships are not abusive or one-sided. Love is not being chronically and consistently scared, tense, edgy, unhappy, neglected or so much worse.

This is a dynamic relationship so the provocateur is most likely experiencing the equivalent of a scratch while you are absorbing the brunt of the damage like the cherry on top of an already fragile psyche. This moment of realization can be overwhelming and isolating. This is when you need to know you’re not alone, have your team standing by and allow yourself to reach out accordingly. The next moments will be tumultuous as you fight the urge to go back; bargaining for the illusion to be true and not the other way around. When the glass house of the illusion is shattered, everything is upside-down in the rabbit hole. This is when the earth shakes. To top it off; you may realize you feel “violated” while the instigator is using emotional triggers as niceties, storming the castle with rage, screaming in anguish, calling you crazy or riding off in the sunset of alienation — depending on the pattern of abuse.

You are addicted to this relationship, too. The body releases hormones at each stage of the roller coaster ride — the high of coming together, the stress of the slow demise, the whiplash of devaluation and finally, the pain when you find yourself discarded with less energy than it takes to pay a bill. That’s why it feels so good in hoping, goes south in anger when it starts deteriorating, and turns to agony when it’s over. Do you really want to go through this again? This person, substance, entity or institution is not worth your life. You may not be consciously choosing this but there is a pattern in your life of allowing it; even if this pattern goes back to childhood. It’s the pattern that needs to change, not you. Remember that. Love is why we come “here” in the first place and it’s the reward once you actualize your own Self-Love by not giving your energy away to those who don’t have your best interests at heart. Trust takes time to earn, you are worth the time it takes to earn trust. God, however you choose to define it, is asking this of you. Honor that. That’s what it means when people say “It’s them, not you” and it’s true. Accept this. It is painful, but you are very close to getting your life back.

The pain is the hardest part. I wish I could say that this kind of rejection is easy. This kind of rejection is different because of how damaging the relationship is/was. You have been emotionally, psychologically, physically and spiritually effected. You probably feel crazy as you unravel the truth. Gaslighting is a term used in psychology because it’s real and damaging; the instigator tries to change your reality by insisting they didn’t do or say the things they did and said. This makes you doubt your own sanity while you don’t even know you’re doubting your own sanity. You’re still trippin’! It’s okay because you’re safe. You feel as if the pain will never end but this is also the convergence. In order to release these things we have to allow them to pass through us. You have the tools. You are actualizing Self-Love and have a safe place to give birth to your pain. The midwife is nurturing and brings soul food. They hold onto you in the moments the pain sets in so you can remember the light on the other side. The pain is a milestone but you can also get lost here. Make sure the midwife knows this. Allow the pain and anger to pass through because this is the storm you’ve been preparing for all this time, the entirety of your life up to this moment. Find a safe place to exorcise and exercise your anger because you will be pissed off and want to let them know about it. This is not conducive to your recovery. Find another way. Those ways are infinite.

Make a home with your Mother, the Earth. She is waiting to heal you. Be Grateful. You may not know how to receive Her. It’s okay. Humility is a milestone. Accept it, it’s Beautiful. Will you honor your abuser as if she/he were yourself by admitting that they have also suffered in this dis-ease? Can you forgive, even if the only way you can do it is letting go and away from this person? Are you willing to receive the path that waits before you, even if it’s unfamiliar? Will you go back because it’s easier than facing the unknown? Can you answer these questions within yourself honestly or do you need help receiving your truth? Will you commit to your Healing? Do you remember the ancient ways of your soul and its journey? Are you willing to receive a Spiritual Awakening into your life?

You shouldn’t have to fight for your Divine Inheritance, either in a relationship or in the world, but you did. You are a mighty warrior. Look how far you’ve come. Sometimes it really is better to be seemingly alone rather than subject our Sacred selves to this kind of nonsense. Accept this. You have been granted an opportunity to Love again. You hold the staff of Life in your hands and are prepared to spread your message of Faith and Healing. There is someone out there who needs to hear your story. It is your Divine destiny to walk this path with another as someone has walked this path with you. Go forth with Compassion and help banish abuse from the vocabulary of Emotional Intelligence. This is your Purpose and you aren’t just important to yourself, you’re important to someone else’s awakening journey. This is the last milestone if you choose to Accept it. You are a powerful Healer and will Heal many more. Thank you for your service.

Hope and Faith

ba5e5139b92061fa9ccb6b0779efca92

Here’s a story called “Hope and Faith” ~

Hope can be a dangerous thing. It speaks to our discontent and where we wish we had “more” in our Lives. BUT, it also speaks to waiting for a “white knight rescue” which rarely ever happens.

Faith and Hope are foes because Faith speaks to ACTION! Even if that ACTION is quiet contemplation. What more do you need to contemplate right now?

Yes, it ALL depends on YOU only.

You do not want to meet Hope, you want to meet Faith. Hope is just out of reach. Faith is Always with you. Hope likes to keep you waiting. Faith is Infinite. Hope says you’re not worthy, or beautiful, or lovable. Faith says you’re worthy of all that and more. Hope convinces you to repeat your “mistakes”.  Faith Inspires you to Live it…ALL of it.  Hope lies.  Faith Trusts.  Hope asks you to be “of the world” and take it personally. Faith asks you to be “in the world but not of it”. Hope bargains and begs and borrows and steals. Faith Accepts. Hope is FULL of conditions. Faith is Unconditional other than “first do no harm”. Hope says maybe. Faith says YES! Hope says “trust me”. Faith says “Trust yourSELF”. Hope leads to despair. Faith leads to EnLightenment.

Blue Water ~ Minding Emotional Pain

blue water“We cannot change anything unless we accept it.”
― C.G. JungModern Man in Search of a Soul

There are times in life’s journey when we simply feel blue.  We sense something is ‘missing’ and emotionally fall into feeling the absence of something stronger than its Presence.  Hidden in these moments is an opportunity for spiritual and emotional growth as the universe is opening a doorway to transcendence.  It’s our choice whether or not to walk through it.  Emotional and spiritual time are not ‘linear’ which is why  we may find ourselves emotionally triggered at anytime in life regardless of ‘timing’.

What happens when we’re having a hard time processing our emotions?  Most likely, the ‘programmed’ mind will begin to lead us astray in resistance to finding and retrieving these pieces.  The ego tends to create familiar or repetitive stories around the emotion because the mind has its own way of interpreting information.  It draws from the past and our patterns of behavior in order to interpret and filter our reality. The mind has a hard time letting go of “what’s next?” so the tendency is to go back because it’s familiar.  It may obsess on past or future events in order to prevent the true origin of the emotion to surface.  We may perceive anger as pain, bargaining as OCD, material worth as self-worth or loss as obsession; the vastness of our emotional expression is as diverse as the human condition.

Questioning how we’re feeling and why doesn’t bode well for keeping the ‘status quo’ and we expend a great deal of our energy trying to sustain said ‘status quo’.  Many societal expectations tell us that feeling and expressing emotion is weak or unnecessary. When we have a belief system around this idea, it leads to emotional resistance which is why we have a mental and emotional health epidemic on our hands where the ‘quick fixes’ being prescribed are as dangerous as the cause.  Denying emotion can lead to adverse mental effects and psychological complexities that chronically deteriorate our well-being on every level  We become depleted and find it  increasingly difficult to function in a healthy capacity.  The pressure to release these emotions encourages us to find an acceptable way to emotional and spiritual balance as we learn to navigate the paradox of the deep below, the subconscious and unconscious mind.

The Paradox of the Mental Universe

tumblr_n1ugajIxdS1rh36v7o1_1280

“The law of polarity states that: Everything is dual, everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree. It is also the first of the mutable or transcendable Universal Laws. It means that there are two sides to everything. Things that appear as opposites are in fact only two extremes of the same thing. ” ~ Tania Kotsos – Mind Your Reality

It’s normal for the mind to resist new ideas and experiences as it prefers consistency and patterns.  However, the more we try not to focus on something, the more we deny its existence, the more fiercely it will get our attention.  For instance, we may have a fundamental trauma around the emotion of abandonment so we focus on feeling connected by filling our lives with casual relationships to jobs or friends instead. But, we don’t let anyone get too close because we haven’t addressed the underlying, root issue.  Deep inside we’re also afraid of intimacy and acceptance.  We subconsciously keep distance in relationships which causes us to feel the abandonment on a deeper level; by trying not to focus on it, we’re still re-creating it rather than confronting it.  Fear of intimacy, acceptance and abandonment are all varying degrees of the same primal wound – the internal root grows many saplings.

Whether we look at emotional release as healthy or detrimental is all in the perspective.  The fact remains that it’s our responsibility to take care of ourselves by listening and responding.  The hardest thing is making peace with our own turbulence but we truly can’t have it any other way.  Life is moving, it’s not waiting for us to decide but it’s encouraging us to lighten our emotional baggage as we go.  When it’s confronted it ultimately leads to spiritual en-lighten-ment but as it goes unchecked it brings a great deal of ‘stress’.  When we finally stop running, we literally pass through the ‘mental’ realm of our own loveless projections; what we know as ‘judgement’ of self and others.  We have to love our ‘karma’ because it’s the universal reflection of our deepest wounds and greatest gifts all at once.

This is when we see that 2 opposite extremes can both be true at the same time. The child of ‘abuse’ becomes a loving parent but finds themselves triggered later in life by the dichotomy of self as parent and child.  The wound is still there but our perspective is always changing so we can heal on a deeper level.  In spirit, all is One and “as it should be”.  We are human beings processing information and sometimes we have a hard time finding acceptance. The big hairy monster in the closet is typically our very own resistance to something we already know inside.

Blue Water

Pain is a natural occurrence of the human experience and emotional pain is no different. Unlike physical pain, emotional pain can be avoided and denied until we have gone from pain to suffering.  Additionally, we sometimes go through tough and transitional moments in life such as a loss, endangerment or even a natural shift in perspective that causes doubt or insecurity to arise.  When we learn to sit in stillness with our emotions, we learn to reach a meditative state as the observer.    Sometimes we can mistake base mentality thinking or listening to the ego’s rhetoric as being ‘mindful’ of our emotions.

In spirit, we learn to connect with the vastness of Love in the Universe but we all have an inner antagonist.  A purposeful response is protecting our own dignity and self-worth by finding out what it is and what it wants.  We can’t make this connection with our mind rather we must make an emotional and spiritual connection through our heart.  It requires a part of us to step aside and this is where we need to find patience.  It can be difficult to quiet the mind.  If it weren’t, we wouldn’t notice that everyone seems to be talking while, at the same time, no one seems to be listening.  We all want to be heard but we have to also learn to listen; listen to Self, the Earth, the Art, the Music, the Yoga, the Breath, the Wisdom of our Sage and timeless Spirit; the infinite withIN.  The universe speaks in a quiet whisper, the ‘ego’ speaks quite differently.

We are all healers.  By healing self, we open the prison doors to emotional freedom and expression.  It’s okay to contemplate and question.  Ultimately, it’s our ability to find sanity in an insane world that is natural and organic.  It’s in our nature to be curious about the universe and, when we play the universal scavenger hunt, we become demystified…our own mystic.  When we look to nature and natural creation to soothe our wounds, we detach from the deafening rhetoric and find a place to plant new roots.  We must rely on the truth of our eternal spirit to grow free from our primal wounds and the distractions of society’s limiting institutions.  When we decompress from our pain, we heal the individual and collective psyche.  Letting go lifts the burden of tension and brings clarity helping us better manage what’s on our proverbial plate.  Clarity returns as spirit takes over lighting the path to a more peaceful way of being.

We can’t have both worlds – to be true to self we must honor our inner world and our emotional wounds.  Blue water sometimes feels more like fire water.  The fire burns off the dense energy that creates the patterns and programs of insanely doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.  As we leave the insanity and face the ‘wake of damage’ it left behind, the water soothes the burn of ‘regret’ .  Remember, honest emotional expression is Beautiful.   It’s every color of the rainbow.  Blue is the color of our truth and our divinity.  It’s a Gift, even though it may not feel that way in the moment.  It’s what we create with it that matters.  Something Blue, maybe?

The Beast of Burden ~ Illusion and Deception on the Path of Enlightenment

Where else would “God” be found but in the service of Creation itself?

The Earth is a living entity and an intricate, diverse web of all kinds of systems. As an invited guest, we are living and functioning within her ecosystem because she welcomes us and allows us to be here. We are made of her elements and we are occupants of her Body and Heart. She is, quite literally, the key to everything in our known universe. She is under our feet and in the air we breath.

Our planet is our Mother, our home, and our Life-force. It doesn’t matter how skilled we are at meditation or connecting with Spirit because we always come home — right where you are right now. Through our relationships to the Earth, we find the spiritual and energetic connection that is available to all of us when we leave our hearts and minds open. That energy – the flow of life – is a continuous cycle of growth and decay, chaos and order, and an ever evolving ecosystem (including humanity) that reflects the nature of our ever-evolving Universe.

But, in our illusory co-existence, we have come to put a “price tag” on Mother Earth and on ourselves by extension, all the while forgetting she is the divine giver of Life… and she can shake us off like a flea at any moment.

The Nature of the Beast

Every intellectual, artist, spiritual leader and scientist will tell you that their inspiration comes from studying the delicate and intelligent design of natural Creation. Its intricate intelligence is an overwhelmingly profound but consistent and logical interpretation of “God” — the expression of a universal consciousness. By the expression of this live-giving consciousness, the Earth herself shows a Loving intention; through her thriving beauty and nurturing abundance.

It’s an honestly wonderful and natural epiphany when we can finally come to terms with the fact that “God” has been right here all along, revealing intricate miracle after miracle, right before our eyes. The miracle of Life itself.

Just as intricate, however, is an ancient web of lies that has kept humanity from truly living its divine truth. As a species, we should feel honored and humbled to participate in the interactive evolutionary experience that is Earth. But today, something has gone terribly awry.

Steve Taylor Ph.D, author and senior lecturer in Psychology at Leeds Metropolitan University, described this phenomenon in his recent article, Ecocide: The Psychology of Environmental Destruction:

…‘Climate change’ is just one of the environment-related problems we face. Others include the destruction and pollution of ecosystems, the disappearance of other species (both animal and plant), water shortage, over-population, and the rapacious consumption of resources…

Would a sane species abuse their own habitat so recklessly? And would they allow such dangerous trends to intensify without taking any serious measures against them?..

In my view, there are two main psychological factors. The first is what I call our “over-developed sense of ego,” or intensified sense of individuality… Our ego-separateness means that we don’t feel connected to the “web of creation,” the network of life on Earth. As a result, we don’t feel a responsibility to the rest of the network, or a duty to preserve its harmony. Instead, our separateness makes us feel entitled to dominate the rest of nature, which is why we feel entitled to own land and natural resources…

The second factor is our “de-sacralised” vision of nature, our inability to sense the “being-ness” of natural phenomena. As children, we perceive the world around us with intense and vivid perception, and the natural world does appear alive to us, but as adults, our vision of the world becomes de-sensitised and automatic. We “switch off” to the vivid “is-ness” which we experience as children. The phenomenal world becomes a shadowy, one-dimensional place.

Oh what a tangled web we weave!

This sickness in our collective psyche – this beast of illusion/delusion – is something we have learned to deny to ourselves at all costs, to our own detriment. We have come to compartmentalize our own existence, believing ourselves to be separate somehow from Mother Earth and the Universe at large.

Stranger Than Fiction

The deceptions that lead us to this false sense of separation go to our very foundations, distorting our sense of self and all that is sacred. So, when we first begin to see though the illusion, the unbearable emotions of betrayal and fear many of us experience can feel like too hard a burden to bear. It can chill our bones and stoke our innermost fears. Heartbreaking. Painful. And usually very lonely.

Sometimes the truth is hard and, more often than not, much stranger than fiction. Ultimately, however, the truth is unavoidable. It is also extremely empowering. By first understanding the nature of these deceptions and distortions, and the energy that brought us here, we can begin heal from them on a collective, vibrational level.

“Just look at us. Everything is backwards, everything is upside down. Doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, psychiatrists destroy minds, scientists destroy truth, major media destroys information, religions destroy spirituality and governments destroy freedom.” ~ Micheal Ellner

Deception is not necessarily natural to our being rather it’s something we learn to live with at a young age. As a society, we have learned to adapt to a near impossible situation; a false dichotomy of separation, imposed and implanted by deceit. An unnatural consciousness has pervaded our collective mind, and its effects have permeate our shared existence in a multitude of ways; through paternalistic governments that presume to dictate our rights, not protect them; through divisive religions that teach separation from god, and from other faiths; through illusory media, which deliberately sells fiction as fact; through manipulated economies, founded on a presumption of inherent debt; through poisonous “health” practices; through the suppression of history; through spiritual misinformation; and through educating our kids in a way that steers, not expands, their natural way of thinking.

All of these distortions serve to manipulate the collective conscious into submission perpetuating an imbalance that provides power and sustenance to those in energetic control. But today, we have reached a breaking point. The cycle of consensual abuse is breaking down. We are realizing en masse that we have lived out of balance for too long. We are questioning our existence at a fundamental level, and re-discovering the divine power we have in our lives; power that we have unknowingly given up for so long. And so, realizing we are a conscious part of the Earth’s eco-system and energy-system, we are being compelled to take responsibility for co-creating a more authentic future, restoring the balance and harmony to Earth – with and for one another.

Finding Order in the Chaos

We can no longer stand quietly in a corner in fear of making the necessary and emotionally uncomfortable changes. If we don’t turn our fear into courage, our fears will either consume us or they will become manifest. It’s a beast of a journey, but there is a clear path just ahead.

The collective identity crisis we are going through is an opportunity for humanity to find order in the chaos we have allowed to overtake our existence. It doesn’t matter if we call it archons, satan, or an opposing consciousness. It doesn’t matter whether you see its effect in government or religion, banks or media; it is all part of the same illusion. Unseen forces have deceived humanity into a state of confusion and disconnection, and we now have the opportunity to reclaim our spiritual center and create a culture that leads us home, not astray.

There is nothing wrong or out of place with this kind of identity crisis, rather it’s a natural process of evolution as we adapt to seemingly overwhelming situations. But it is vital we realize these situations are the creation and perpetuation of a blatantly unnecessary struggle. We have spent eons chasing our collective tails and our “leaders” could end it all with the stroke of a pen. They know it and we know it. We have both the resources and the will to support peace, prosperity, health, respect, connection and co-operation, but our institutions have become twisted into machines of war, competition, imposed poverty, illness, and control. How? Because we tasked someone else to do it for us. We became comfortable separating ourselves from ourselves. As it turns out, we were our own worst enemy; our very nature carefully manipulated against us.

There are many ways we can begin to find order in the chaos.

Start by looking in the mirror. Ask questions of yourSelf, and open your perspective.

Connect with the Earth. Our intuition is clearest within the realms of nature.

Know your ‘enemies’, both seen and unseen. Know that only light can eliminate darkness.

Transparency ensures Truth. Understand that, if it operates in secret you can be sure it is not operating in your favor.

If in doubt, follow the ‘money trail’. It’s a sure way to know what path someone is truly walking.

Most importantly, come to know your infinite power. Recognize where you give your power away, and where you can reclaim it. That’s where your new path becomes most clear.

The Path of Knowledge

It is true, we have been moulded with deliberately altered perspectives and values into a society dependent on the undependable. But that doesn’t make us victims; Most of us have unknowingly enabled the power structure that has manipulated our collective consciousness, working for and even defending the status quo, following orders and “bringing home the bacon” in a sleepy state of unquestioning compliance. What it does make us is responsible for contributing to the solution, through conscious action.

Simply speaking, we either consent to the deception, or we stand up together and change it, each contributing in whatever unique way the universe provides us individually.

Trust the path of knowledge that you are walking down. As we share our truth, we test our own knowledge and knowing, and cultivate a healthy relationship with our truth. We realize our new awareness is not “all in our head”. We begin to remove the emotional blocks (humiliation, self-doubt, fear) that stop us from speaking our own truth more freely, and we more easily find others to share our path. We learn to live as spiritually sovereign “masters of our domain”. We begin to forge healthier relationships with our Self and others. And by living in our Truth, we find sustenance, guidance and inspiration in new and surprising ways. We re-establish our unobstructed connection to the divine. And we create a blueprint of purpose that benefits us on a vibrational level, as well as Mother Earth. (We’re all interconnected, yeah?)

It’s not always easy to burden a deeper level of awareness but it’s no longer an excuse to “let someone else handle it” either. We have reached a choice point in our human history and we have to decide whether we’re going to stand tall in our humanness and, to find a strategy to turn this energy around, we have to truly understand our position and our part in getting here, and bravely be the change our most authentic self wants to see in the world.

It can feel isolating and chaotic, but in the big picture, we’re right where we need to be on the path of our evolution. These are exciting times! We know what it’s like to destroy together, but do we truly know the power of what we can create together if we’re on the same page? Remember your light and your own power. Our potential is infinite.

Home is Where the Heart Is

“God” is found in the service of Creation itself. She is in the air we breathe and the Earth beneath our feet, the fire that burns the cobwebs away and the spiritual river that cleanses our hearts; not a paternalistic figure in the sky but the divine Mother of Life from whom we are born and sustained, and to whom we finally return. We are a part of her and she is a inextricably part of us. The history we share with her is important. We must learn to recognize her (and ourselves) as the manifestation of divine intelligence, and honor her in our words and deeds.

As we each adopt the common philosophy of “home is where the heart is”, we can begin to heal and re-build our planet and our societies in a grassroots way (literally), supporting and co-creating in our physical communities, online and otherwise.

There is no way to truly live authentically from inside an illusion. As we move into our new awareness, our inner truth and our outer world can become increasingly incompatible. We find ourselves dissatisfied with small changes, feeling compelled to take the leap and re-shape our lives at a fundamental level. This takes trust. Just know that when we begin to walk a different path, new roads will always be waiting for us up ahead. The path of true enlightenment has no dead ends.

So, if you’re in the process of questioning that toxic relationship in your life or the job that makes you feel less than honorable, stop and consider if this article is the ‘nudge’ you’ve been waiting for. At some point, we each have to begin to trust in the process of disconnecting from illusions of the world around us, and all its trappings, and let go of external factors and emotional attachments that speak of our consent and support of this distorted state of existence.

It’s so important right now, as things are surfacing so quickly, to stay in our hearts. On this path of awakening, our “self-work” is never, ever done… because we are infinite and we never stop creating. Creation is, and always has been, all around us. We are a part of creation, and it is a part of us. Co-creating is our purpose for being here together. It is time we take our power back from alphabet agencies and secret agendas. Sharing our unique insights and gifts, we can shine light into the shadows and create a future of enlightenment, not illusion.

The Medicine Wheel of Time and Karma

The only reason for time is that everything doesn’t happen all at once ~ Albert Einstein

There’s a tool in our toolbox that we all came “here” with and we all have access to.  There’s a ladder lying around somewhere inside the labyrinth of boxes, squares, patterns, emotional addictions and the insanity of doing the same thing over and over even though it doesn’t work.  Once we find the ladder it’s a timely process of patience, persistence, and (most importantly) a Heartfelt Intention to make the climb.

There’s no such thing as zero other than in the binary code of the “matrix” or the universal law of duality.  Time in the spiritual world doesn’t exist as we perceive it on the earthly plane.  Spiritual “time” is  relative to our karmic experiences and whether or not we choose to transcend and learn the lessons the universe brings to our attention, the “karmic wheel” if you will.   There is no concept in the universe that includes a zero outcome yet we find ourselves, intentionally or otherwise, spending our time going round and round in the cause and effect of duality but the wheel of time never stops turning.  We perpetuate our patterns and run from the only person who can provide any kind of white knight rescue… Self.  Wherever we go, there we are.  In that, we can consider  a different perspective in regards to time and the shift in consciousness by saying that “time” is a form of karmic responsibility.  This karmic responsibility is there for all of us which is why it’s true that what comes round goes around or why it’s important to do unto others as you would have them do unto you.  The karmic wheel is a gift for us to rise above energies and emotion that is hampering our spirit so that we may reach a higher state of grace and abundance withIN.  With a little currency, a dose of how the roles work in the human drama, a new perspective on time, and our ladder of transcendence we’re prepared to heal our “karma”.

The New Currency

live-with-intention-mary-anne-radmacher-quotes-sayings-picturesHeartfelt Intention is the “new black” and an important enough concept that it should be considered as spiritual “currency”.  As we climb our ladder we can overcome any obstacle with our Free Will and Heartfelt Intention keeping in mind that wishing harm on another is never coming from the Heart.  We can still become awake and aware without losing ourselves in negative emotion.  This is prayer, the law of attraction, and emotional imagination playing to positive change and the best possible outcome – the orgasm of Life at its most fulfilling, enlightening, and loving experiences.  We cannot climb our ladder of transcendence without it.  But, let’s face it, words are words but intention is ALL about emotion.  If everything is energy (and it is), we don’t have to spend lifetime upon lifetime playing out the human drama through an unaware individual and collective mind.  We are all participating in the dream and we all have a karmic responsibility to each other to begin to dream a new one.

There are common threads throughout time, religion, and culture that suggest there is a shift that must occur at some point in our human history.  It’s a state of reaching a point of no return and a realization that we are collectively pressed against a ceiling that must break until we realize that there is no ceiling.   When we find the ability to observe the similar experiences that the universe brings to us for Healing we understand that the wheel keeps on turning, regardless of whether or not we’re actively participating.  What we resist in terms of karma will ultimately persist in such a way that we can no longer deny what the universe is trying to bring to our attention.  The medicine can be a little bitter going down but if we turn our receiver on we find the medicine Heals, it’s up to us what kind of energy we use to confront it .  We can decide to see the medicine wheel as a negative experience or as a beautifully expressive renaissance of the heart and spirit.  When we have the proper mindset and courage in facing our individual and collective karmic responsibility, we can also begin to see the gift.

The Human Drama

download (1)

We come into this world with preassigned roles that we’re expected to adapt to and participate in, even if it feels unnatural to our BEing.  Our roles are based on gender, social status, race, financial wealth, and goes on and on and on.  This has led to a state in society that speaks of judgment, fear, and apathy leaving us missing the entire point of our existence.  We tend to judge or deny the issues that we’re fearful of, been taught to avoid, or find distasteful in some way.  From there, we create emotional roles for ourselves to feed our “ignorance” (ignoring our own nuances and/or truth) which is just another way of saying we haven’t chosen to learn something yet.  The emotional roles in the human drama typically take on the character of either the victim/martyr, the oppressor/antagonist, or the savior/messiah all depending on the relationship.  When we take the time to realize that we’ve played all of these roles we can begin to see them for what they are and why we continue to play out our drama on an individual and collective level.  It’s like a game of musical chairs in which we deflect or deny the role of “victim” because none of us wants to be the star and victim in our own life story and being a martyr takes a lot of unnecessary energy.  The first step in re-writing the play is identifying and nurturing the aspects of ourselves that are wounded in the first place.  The key is not creating new roles but looking toward our unity and divinity.  In unity, we resonate with the vastness of Love without the need to assign roles, labels, and words to something we have to be open to receive, feel, and experience.

We are all capable of horrific things just as much as we are capable of beauty and love.  When we look into the mirror of our relationships and find ourselves unsatisfied we have to take what we find and apply it to Self.  For example, if we’ve had a turbulent childhood relationship with a parent and then, for lack of a better blueprint, become the parent you loved to “hate” in the first place.  We are taught on a most basic level that it’s unhealthy to express emotion, especially if learned we this in childhood.  We’re told to sit still, be quiet, and don’t speak unless spoken to so it becomes a negative experience if we find ourselves longing to express emotion.  If we’re taught that emotion is something to be guilty, ashamed, or embarrassed about then we find ourselves resisting our own healthy emotional expression.  From there, we begin to feel guilty, ashamed, and embarrassed for feeling our very own emotions.  But, we can transcend these roles from a healing place and the vastness of love which doesn’t assign roles and labels of limitation.  If we choose to face the fall-out and consequences of the lives and relationships we’ve created we find that mistakes are only that, mis-takes and not failures. We can learn to forgive, let go, and create a brand new blueprint with a foundation of unconditional love as its anchor.

The Wheel of Fortune

Another way of looking at universal “time” would be the karmic wheel of fortune.  The medicine wheel, as it’s known in Native American Indian culture, represents a karmic, peaceful balance with the Earth and each other.  When we think of “zero point time” we can relate it to transcendence or a graduation of sorts because we’ve worked through a stale, energetic pattern and we have an unwritten, clean slate in which to Create.  This doesn’t mean we’re not going to have ups and downs in life rather it means that we can get the difficult times much easier knowing that we will get to the other side as a more complete and happy person.

We tend to look at time as linear with events happening one after the other and this is true.  But, time is also a wheel and a cycle.  We may not find the exact same events or opportunities because change is constant in the Universe.  But, we will find similar opportunities are presented to us so that we may release neuroplastistic forms of behavior which is our patterns and emotional triggers.  We tend to get lost thinking we missed this boat or that train leading to feeling like we missed a  plethora of other golden opportunities that most surely will never pass this way again.  It’s true that our thoughts create things, at first.  The very first step is changing the neuropathways in the brain from a negative to a more positive approach about life and all its infinite possibilities.  But, the true key to creating and manifesting is through our spiritual and emotional “body”, our energy signature.  If we perceive our karmic lessons as punishment we’re completely missing the gift of transcendence.

Jacob’s Ladder

Blake_jacobsladder

We can use our ladder to climb our way out of the underworld.  The karmic wheel takes us down into the deep so that we can shed our skin and begin to let the light of love shine through our BEing.  When we use the wheel to create rather than destroy we find our greater purpose for being here.  We can’t be or do great things if we’re still dancing around in the “underworld” expecting our lives to get better with negative emotion which leads to negative experiences.  The truth is, the more we have a problem with something or someone, the more we have an opportunity to heal and reach a state of grace.

Letting go of negative emotion is the gift of enlightenment.  It doesn’t mean that we won’t have down times or feel negativity.  It doesn’t mean we get to escape the pain or the grieving process either, but it does mean that we get through it.  We have to understand that when times get tough it’s against universal law for them to stay tough.  It’s in the raw, honest emotional truth that we get to the root cause of our pain and trauma.  Letting go is hard to describe in words as it’s an emotional unpacking of energy that isn’t in alignment with our higher self and purpose.  But, we can decide to release it through a new focus, forgiveness, or (my personal favorite) the healing technique of ho’oponopono.  We can make a conscious choice to heal others through the healing of Self as everything starts from withIN and radiates outwards through an energetic expansion.  We can decide that we’re sovereign from the pain and negativity of others, even if the energy is specifically directed at your BEing from another.  What we find distasteful gives us our greatest opportunity to reach an understanding.  We are all on our own path and came here to have different experiences.  We can never walk in the shoes of another or expect to have the same reaction to the same circumstances as everyone else.  Our diversity and uniqueness is our gift if we can transcend the energy of lack, judgment, hate, abandonment, betrayal, resentment, jealousy, fear and apathy.  These emotions open the door to the “underworld” from where our inner demons are birthed and take root.  Furthermore, they are ill equipped companions to have on the road to Shambhala.  When we release these emotions, we also release our shadow side enabling us to embody more Light, Love, Happiness, Peace, Balance and Abundance.   As we climb the ladder out of the underworld we find golden tickets of opportunity lighting our path to a newer, better way.  It’s our “time”, moral responsibility, and of the utmost importance to engage in the Gift of Life!

Our Purpose is to Heal

10277171_391160761024041_4383272008399255608_nThere’s much going on right now. It’s easy to get caught up in the drama of it all. It’s easy to raise your hands to the Heavens and cry “Why?!?” or “Where are you, God?!?” Even if you’re awake and aware of the true nature of our being, these can be very stressful times. Even if you are one of the very fortunate people who understand that there is a Divine plan well under way, it is still a difficult time for humanity. We are all working very, very hard right now. It doesn’t matter if you are working on being awake or working on staying asleep (Yes, I see you “ego”), we’re all still just trying to work our way through the labyrinth of it all.

There are a great deal of atrocious acts being committed around the world right now but the darkness always shows us where we need to find our Humanity, our Balance.  Some of us are busy blaming other people for the tragedies that have happened of late. Some of us know that there are things that must happen for people to awaken and realign their souls to one another, the Earth (Gaia), God, and/or Spirit (depending on your unique expression). Some of us are questioning our Faith. Some of us are certain we are on the “right” path to a new social paradigm, despite (or because of) the chaos in our world. Some of us are thinking “an eye for an eye” by advocating committing more atrocious acts to make up for the atrocious acts that have already been committed.

It’s easy to forget why we’re here. Our purpose…

We Are One

What one thinks, we all think. We are ONE, intricate and delicate (more so when we realize) pieces of the Whole.  What we do to another is what we do unto ourselves, this is the mirror and what we know as empathy. Our purpose – right here and now – is to Heal. We are here to remember why we are here with each other and Mother Earth right now at this Divine time and place in our human history. We are here to heal ourselves and our Mother of our emotional and environmental scars, so that we can can evolve and flourish into a new paradigm. It doesn’t matter where you work, where you live, or how much money you make… It doesn’t matter what you believe or what “religion” you subscribe to… For there is only ONE true faith, and that is unconditional Love. In the end, we all want to live in peace and comfort, and we all want to love and be loved. It is the common thread that binds everything in the Universe.

We embrace our purpose of healing by healing ourselves first and foremost, and the way we heal is with Love. We heal one another by learning to trust and forgive with our hearts wide open. Through Love, we learn beyond measure that we are beautiful and valued. Through Love, we learn that everyone else we meet is also beautiful and valued. Through giving and accepting love, we heal ourselves. And through healing ourselves, we can increase the positive energy of Gaia’s morphological field.

But things become so overcomplicated sometimes when Spirit is actually quite simple.  In those times it does us all well to become, once again, grounded with Mother Earth. She whispers her answers in the wind. And she whispered to me today…

Healing the Trauma

There’s drama to get caught up in if we allow it.  If you’re here it’s, most likely, because you Feel the Shift in progress which makes us anxious for others to feel it, understand it and embrace it as well. But, we don’t want this Shift to come about by way of trauma and/or tragedy either.  We See humanity walking an inevitable path toward enlightenment.  We want Peace vs. war, Happiness vs. chaos and Love vs. fear.

For many of us, and I’m no exception, this sense of global chaos manifests as a deep-seeded trauma. And they ARE traumas! They cause us all to feel fragmented and at times fearful. Even if we say we aren’t going to let it enter our emotional field it still gets in.

Personally, I was led to the ancient Hawaiian healing technique of ho’oponopono, and I knew that this was the way simplest, most loving and spiritual way we could begin to heal from these latest traumas. It recognizes that, as the human race, we are collectively responsible for the situation we find ourselves in and speaks of Accountability, no matter how indirectly.  There are many other healing techniques that may also resonate for you. You may also like to read my previous article “Healing the Trauma Drama“.

If trauma is in your “field” at all, it is there for you to heal it. If it is in your emotional field then you are being divinely called upon to heal it. If it is in your mainstream news field, heal it. If you are in Syria, Russia, Gaza, Israel, the United States, or are caught up in their ‘war’ energy – heal it. If it is around you, within your energy field, it is there for you to heal. That is our purpose in this reality; to restore our energetic being to pristine consciousness, free of the energetic traumas that continue to feed the duality of our existence.

Humanity is rapidly evolving right now, in many ways but it’s not always possible to embrace it on a spiritual, genetic, social, and emotional level. We can’t always see it but we can feel it.  We need to have emotional intelligence right now, and that can only be found within. We are the ones we have been waiting for. We are a shining example of a Love that is so Divine it is beyond measure across the multiverse and *NOW* is when we are being called upon to apply it, to put our training and words into Action – walk the walk so to speak. Now is the time when we must come together – as one Humanity – and heal. We can send out vibrations of Love and rift the fragments of time into something beautiful and divine. We have that power. The power of unconditional Love. It’s the one thing that every single one of us has in common.

Everything you see and feel is a by-product of what we, humanity, together, have created. And if we consciously choose to, together, we can heal. If we do not, we continue to repeat the energetic cycles and will ever know what else is “out there”.

Together we can create Heaven on Earth, at one with Gaia and each other. It is our birthright. It is our beautiful future. It belongs to us. It starts with us. And it is simple…

I am divine. I am life. I am Love.

I am one with God, Gaia and Humanity.

I am healing me, healing you, healing me.

I am loving me, loving you, loving me.
